Hair on shower wall, shower wall nooks filled with soap scum and a sliver of used soap bar, shower walls dirty or stained with grease, toilet seat was loose, majority of the towels had red / orange stains, sink handle very loose,room musty / mold smell

The price Guests next door were up all night slamming doors and would not shut up. Room was dirty.

We took off right after work and didnt get here until late. It was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable room and it was near our destination. Just what we needed

Descent for the price. Dog in room above us ran across vinyl floor all night 2 of 4 night stay. Limited parking. Truck/trailer combos must park on unlit access road out front.

My sink was clogged and the staff member was quite rude and did not offer to rectify the issue

I am really happy this is where I stayed -- and if I ever go back -- this is for sure where I will go. I think the most important thing for me, was everything was as advertised. There were no surprises -- so I got exactly what I thought I was going to get. Shout-out to whomever makes the eggs for breakfast in the morning -- they were delightful! The staff was incredibly kind and patient -- as I didn't get in until very very late due to flight delays. Thank you so much to the entire staff.

We were charged for our pet dog, which was not clear from Hotels.com but the hotel front desk stated that was a policy. At least they were pet friendly!

Only stayed a night as a quick stop of a lomg road trip, all around a very good hotel. Staff was friendly, room was excellent.
