Clarion Pointe Jasper

Room was clean and nice. good location, and offered free breakfast.

It was a nice place everyone’s clean except for the pool. We stayed two nights and wasn’t clean either day. The staff is exceptional. Acted like she really enjoyed her job. Which you just don’t see anymore. Would definitely stay again!!

The staff was friendly & the beds were comfy. A bit out dated, but we didn’t spend much time there. We were on the first floor & there were children in the room above us running & jumping until around 1 am and then again in the morning around 7. Breakfast was okay

Good hotel with good clean rooms.solid breakfast.worth the price point and location. One negative was in our room the water out of the faucet would only be warm at the cold setting and scalding hot when turned hotter.

Very clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly , and went above to accommodate our group. Loved the shaded tables out by the pool, and the pool towels. Will definitely be back.

Toilet was loose and felt like it was going to come free from the wall

The ONLY issue I had was the pool. The sides aren’t very safe for children. Especially small children. There were nails and sharp points all along the edge of the pool. I kept my kids away from those areas but it looks like an accident waiting to happen. Everything else was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious. We went with this hotel for the sole reason of going to Holiday world, super quick commute. Affordable. We went to Retro Mexican restaurant, 10/10. Great drinks and food. For the price and location it was perfect.

The property was clean and felt safe. The day staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bedding was damp and the card readers weren’t working and I don’t carry cash so we were unable to purchase drinks and snacks. The night staff seemed annoyed with our arrival.

This is the second time we have stayed on this property and it is a go to. It's clean, quiet (don't let the police department across the street sway you away), the pool is wonderful, and staff are great. It's perfect distance to take your coffee and walk in the Riverwalk and see the Jasper Mill. It also is a very simple walk to the Jasper Square!

Hotel staff was wonderful! The kids loved the pool. The hotel being across from the corrections facility threw us off a little but with Jasper being such a small town it was in such a good location. Our only complaint was that everyone crowded the breakfast last second and that's of no fault of the hotel's. We look forward to staying there again next summer.

The only complaint I have is that the tap water has a strong taste of chlorine and the dinning area was not big enough for the amount of guests to eat their breakfast, so we just ate in our room. Other than those everything was perfect!

Our room was great, decent size, yes the bathrooms are on the smaller side but I'd rather more space in the room than bathroom. The staff was great and helpful and listened to my daughters stories after we went to Holiday World each day. The breakfast was ok, not bad but just ok.
