Comfort Inn Jasper South

I stay here about 6 to 10 night a month for Business. Very nice place to stay. The rooms are very clean. Rachel is usually working at Check in and she is very friendly and very good at her job.

Everything about this stay was excellent!! From room space and cleanliness, pool area was nice, game room was fun, breakfast was great too!! Keep up the great work!!

The only thing I would say is that this time, the bathroom shower / tub drained very slowly. We reported that to the front desk. I am sure it's an easy fix. Also, the humidity in the room from the AC and from us taking showers was very high. There does not seem to be a proper exhaust fan in the bathroom but that isn't unique to this hotel property. Many do not have a proper exhaust fan which is unfortunate. The AC might required a 'filter' change or cleaning in order to 'pull' the humidity out of the room as well. The room smelled musty and damp. We turned up the temperature in the room to try and cut the humidity by not having the AC come on as much but that really did not do anything. The smell in the room was not offensive but it was not necessarily pleasant either.

Great staff, breakfast was decent for the space, and easy check in. Close to restaurants and 30 mins from Holiday World.

Very nice top to bottom. Complimentary breakfast was considerably better than most. A little more expensive than similar hotels comparatively, but that is rewarded in stellar service and amenities. Would definitely recommend for top quality stay.

Clean A little away from trails or any pedestrian friendly roads

Our room on the 3rd floor had a terrible smell. It was disgusting. Our son and his family had a room away from ours and the smell was not nearly as bad.

Very clean property, super friendly staff, efficient check in/out. Nice breakfast. Always stay here when in Jasper.

Just as described only thing I believe needs to be addressed is that my room was ground level.. and no curtains ! Just sheer curtain you could see through ! lol Great staff and pretty decent breakfast

We arrived Friday night for a weekend stay. The last working Friday night was great! Saturday morning we had a request and Anthony helped us. He went above and beyond to accommodate our situtation. Can’t thank him enough. The breakfast attendant didn’t get her name but she was the sweetest. Overall the staff 10/10. The hotel was clean, we’d stay here again.
