Fairfield Inn & Suites Jasper

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location was great and plenty of places to walk to.

I was not impressed with one of the staff members we interacted with. I had asked for an extra comforter for our room, and she responded in an annoyed, dismissive manner. And then never followed up with us to provide the comforter when it was finished in the laundry. I understand the hotel had many guests and she was the only one staffing the front desk. However, it was an unpleasant experience and I would hope for better from a Marriott hotel.

Breakfast was OK. Although it seemed they were in a hurry to shut it down Sunday morning. The handicap accessible room had a very poor layout. The bathroom was difficult to get into because the door took up most of the hallway. The closet for hanging clothes was only a half height closet and very small. My wife couldn't really hang her dresses up. There were no USB/AC outlets on right side of bed. Price was very high for this type of location.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good with a large variety of food. My only complaint is that the floor around the pool was extremely slippery, and my daughter almost fell down despite walking carefully.

The room met expectations for a Fairfield Marriott. The staff were not always at the desk, but would answer the desk phone when I called. I had to call because the shower soap was out, and they brought it to me. There was no use of a hot tub, but the pool seemed clean. Breakfast was okay, I know I have had better at other Marriotts. The bed was supposed to be a queen, but it felt more like a full and neither my husband nor I slept well, it was a lumpier mattress and the pillows were not what I come to expect with other Marriotts.

The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and provided great recommendations of restaurants and things to do. The breakfast was good with a great variety. Will consider staying here again when we visit the area.

I really love this hotel! We have stayed here several times, and it is my go-to if I am visiting the Holiday World Park. The staff goes above and beyond to help, and the hotel is always clean. I especially loved that our rooms had bathtubs which is a rarity in hotels anymore and the breakfast bar was wonderful. Great job!

Rooms were cleen, Night was awesome VERY helpful, breakfast wasn't the best, and gym was A1. I highly recommend this hotel if ever in Jasper, In.
