Jasper Inn

The room itself was mostly clean, but definitely not kept up super well. You could see stains or streak of dried liquid running down some of the doors and walls. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and definitely need new mattresses. It wasn't expensive so I can't complain too much, but definitely not what expected given the good reviews

Had 0 issues with check in! Room was clean. Although we didn’t stay for breakfast, it smelled delicious. 10/10 recommend

Breakfast and pool Pool was kinda of small and crowded

parking was okay, breakfast had few choices and was a little disappointing. Room door dead bolt did not work so there was no lock just a chain.

The staff was excellent. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with the accommodations.

The best part of my stay was that I felt safe. At some lodgings In the past, I’ve often felt uncomfortable when traveling alone especially at check in. I always wince when my room number is broadcast out loud. A female traveling alone can’t be too careful. Whenever I need accommodations in Jasper IN, I’ll check with the JASPER INN first.

We booked a king room. When we arrived, we were told there was a problem with the toilet in the room we booked so they would be putting us in a double queen room because we booked it through a 3rd party and the cost for the double queen was the same. I offered to pay the difference and she was unable to make that happen, because we booked through a 3rd party. As it was late and we were tired, I accepted the double queen room but was very unhappy. I feel that we should have automatically been switched to another king room as the issue was not our fault. We wont be staying there again!

Stayed there for the pool and hot tub and the pool was so small 5 people could barely get in it and the hot tube was gross and only had one jet that worked Everything

The breakfast could be better

Adequate. The rooms weren't as clean as one might like and the bathroom desperately needed updating. The breakfast was a little below average for a hotel hot breakfast.

Would definitely stay there again

The hotel had an unpleasant smell to the lobby and rooms. An exit sign was hanging down from the ceiling tiles and grid by its wires. The exit door was unable to latch, so anyone would be able to enter without a card on the back side of the building. The pool was small and busy.

Comfortable bed, great location, guest laundry. Air conditioner was loud. Only one bedside table.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast and stocked every time we went. The hotel room was clean and nice.

Small town Inn vibes. Some rooms updated and some not. Breakfast had good options. Overall we liked our stay and would stay again.

Terrible! The toilet didn’t work, the shower was not clean, the hotel itself was very outdated and raggedy appliances/furniture. Would strongly not recommend the stay there.
