The front desk clerk was amazing when I checked in. Our lights went out in the bathroom and we tried texting the front desk. No answer. We had to go down to let her know. We were placed in another room but the room had roaches in it.

The clerks Tiffany and Rosalita were exceptional and very helpful. They answered all our questions and assisted us in anything we needed. Due to the fact that the hotel was very clean, the pool was amazing, and the staff went over and beyond to meet our needs, we will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity presents itself.

Price The place was disgusting. We checked in went to the rooms. We reserved 3. All the rooms as soon as you walked in the smell was horrible. I was there not even five minutes and my eyes were swelling, throat was irritated and was itchy. There is definitely mold in the room we were at. My kids room smelled like urine and musky moldy. Sure this may be and old hotel, but this one needs closed down. We had them give the room fee back and we left for another hotel. In all my experience with Super 8 I have never had this issue ever.

A/c in the room did not work well and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in, second room we stayed in we got covered in bug bites

Our room smelled strongly of mildew and wet dog. Our guess is that due to the fan in the bathroom not working, it caused a buildup of moisture in the room. In the morning, the trash cans in the eating area were full and the milk was empty. There was no one readily available at the front desk. The staff were helpful and polite once they were at the front desk.

The location was convenient, and the people who run the facility were agreeable. These may be the smallest "double" beds I've ever encountered in a hotel stay. If you are used to a full size bed...these were even smaller. Sleep was rough for this family of four, but it might work if it is just a parent and a little one. The room and the facility in general were just much more run-down than expected at this price point. Door to the bathroom was a sliding door that was difficult to budge for all of us, so privacy took a back seat to the reality that you might not be able to open the door if you pulled it shut. I noticed certain doors were not secure, including an open padlock on the pool entry area and a side door that was propped open, which was a bad vibe. Breakfast featured the poorest offerings of any hotel I've stayed at in years. The kids remarked that their pastries seemed stale. A protein of some kind or hot oatmeal - anything that might be organic rather than packaged - would have been welcome. Know that the pet fee is per night, so that can be prohibitive for some folks.

Room was pretty dirty. I also was supposed to have one king size bed and they gave me a queen. There was stuff splattered all over the walls and hair left all in the shower. Carpets were covered in what looked like carpet powder. Could definitely use an update. Also breakfast was very scarce. They had a waffle maker and some cereal/ fruit / yogurt.

Only complaint was the pocket bathroom door looked a little rough from the humidity

The staff was extremely helpful our tv wasn’t working properly they immediately took care of the issue

It smelled like fart because it was right next to a water treatment facility. The staff not friendly. I saw a roach in the bathroom. My key card for the door stopped working and the worker did not even ask my name before fixing. Breakfast was terrible.

Nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Splatters on the ceiling, bathroom was not cleaned, beds were just springs, and there was trash in our trash can upon arrival. I had 1 towel in my room to 4 people and when I asked for more they said we had some in our room. If we had some I wouldn’t have asked for anymore.
