Exceptional

We asked for more towels cuz we only had 3, and stayed 4 nights. The asked us if we really needed more and why we don’t reuse the ones we had. Breakfast was great but don’t get a room close to lobby because it’s loud and u can’t sleep. Side door that was supposed to need a key didn’t need one, the door never latched so anyone could get in.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly, room was dirty

The elevator was broken when we arrived and was not fixed until the last day of our three day stay, the front desk stated someone should have called us prior to check in to let us know but we never received a call. Our room happened to be on the third floor which was the top floor and the there was no air conditioning in the stairwells the outside temperature was 90+ degrees so it was quite miserable. The bathroom light was completely out except for the light over the shower and there were also cobwebs filled with bugs over the beds at the top of the walls. They close the pool from 11pm to 8am for cleaning but the water looked terrible and was extremely cloudy everyday we were there. We have always have good experiences with holiday inn express locations but we were not impressed by this location at all.

Good rate and location from Holiday World. Unfortunately the elevator broke and was out of order during our stay.

Our hotel room smelled badly, and the floor we were on (3) smelled like urine. The bathrooms were run-down. The breakfast was mediocre, but edible. The AC in our room was good. There was coffee, which I'm thankful for. The hotel's location wasn't bad. I definitely wouldn't rate this as highly as it's currently rated. Maybe 6/10 overall.

The room was clean and well maintained!

Absolutely nothing. There were pubic hairs in the shower and on the bed sheets upon arrival.

The room was very dirty, we came late so we just dealt with it, but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the hard floor had not been mopped or swept in a long time, and the tub was peeling paint badly. The air conditioning also didn’t stay on and we had to keep getting up through the night to turn it back on.

Smell. The remote didn’t work. The pictures online make the rooms look like they are updated but they are not. The bed was comfortable though and the staff person was nice.

When we got our first room it did smell awful, like cat pee, the room itself was clean, but I think it was maybe the air conditioner leaking Freon possibly, I went to front desk and they immediately gave me a new room. They were very apologetic and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and in a good area. The breakfast was good also.

The staff was great and courteous. They were making updates to the hotel which keeps it looking good.

Fue terrible no pude dormir se escuchaba mucho el ruido de las demás habitaciones. La taza del baño estaba tapada. Las toallas viejas la colcha olía muy feo. No vuelvo a reservar en esos hoteles. Lo único que me gustó fue su desayuno.

Toilet kept running non-stop. Tub was peeling.

Very clean and great location right off the highway.

It was okay, everything clean, just the odor… in the lobby was great but not good heading to the rooms or the room restrooms.
