Holiday Inn Express & Suites Louisville N - Jeffersonville by IHG

Staff was helpful and delightful.

Good room layout. Spotless. Great coffee.

The bed was so comfy and the room was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic! Kelly in food service kept the breakfast well stocked and the area was clean. All staff that we encountered were very friendly. This was such a convenient place to stay for a festival in Louisville, 25 minute drive.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities and delicious breakfast Ok

Pleasant

I was a little surprised to not have the ability to make coffee in my room. My only other problem was a room overlooking the dumpster, which one morning the loud activity of dumping it was at about 5am but the next morning it was at 3:30am!! On a Friday morning. Kind of unacceptable because there’s no way I could sleep well with that loud noise.

All of the front desk staff was great! They were all very nice. They're was juice on the floor in the dining room causing me to slip. (I didn't get hurt. I'm fine. ) The blanket on the bed LOOKED clean. But, after our first night there, I woke up work itchy bumps. Only on the side I slept on (I sleep on top of the blanket). I still thought it was mosquito bites from being outside. After, the 2nd night I woke up with more. Come to find out, it's contact dermatitis, as I am allergic to dust mites. The fan didn't work in the bathroom. The mattress on the pull out bed in the couch really need to be upgraded. It's ALL springs.

Everybody from the front desk to the Cleaner of the room was great. The booking .com that I could not get on the phone for reservation help.

Easy location off the interstate for a quick stay. Lots of options around for food. Seemed very safe. We would stay again as we travel through the area. The breakfast options were limited due to only 40 minutes being left before it closed down. I wish they had restocked more items, but all in all, decent options for the price.

Close to my daughters house and Louisville. We had so much fun going out to eat in Jeffersonville and Louisville. Nothing.

Exceptional

Overall the stay was good.

Excellent location if traveling, easy access to I65 and I265. The room was clean but showing its age. The AC was freezing and the room thermostat was a placebo and didn’t seem to control it.
