Great location for the price. A big construction project on the street. Not the hotel’s fault but just to know. Customer service was incredible. Very helpful. The rooms and lobby were clean. A few marks of wear and tear on the doors to room but overall, felt like a good spot for the money.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Couldn’t get into hotel for 30 mins(door was locked). Major building construction across the street. Staff didn’t want to give us extra items. There was nothing for spare couch bedding and let me tell you we put many items on it to cover up all the stains, filth and glitter. Hotel room was not clean and towels had stains on them. Walls were tore up. Dishwasher and sink drain reeked. Barely any cooking utensils. Microwave not clean. Both sets of blinds were broken. We had to use couch backing and ironing board to block out the light. I’m not even sure our bed had actual clean sheets on it. Water only went to Luke warm. Nowhere to sit and eat. Had a desk and a broken computer chair. Could hear people above us all night walking around. The mounted tv on the wall was definitely a hazard to anyone who had to walk by it as it was mounter 2 ft from where pullout ended. AGAIN PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful and the room was clean. Highly recommend!

Broken towel rack Not so engaging front desk

I stayed 4th of July weekend 2026 and my stay was not worth $500 for the weekend. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, shower still had hair from previous guest, and with my luck i didn’t pack my shampoo and conditioner and the dispenser wasn’t filled. It’s not their fault that I didn’t pack correctly and that’s not why i gave it a low rating. The mattress is NOT comfortable and HARDER than a rock. I didn’t get any sleep because of how bad the mattress was. Also, please pay attention that there is NO parking and finding street parking is IMPOSSIBLE. They do offer information on a parking garage close by, but with the amount that I was charged that should have definitely included parking. YES the no parking is listed on the website but I just wanted to HIGHLIGHT that part for you that may miss it like myself. I wouldn’t book another stay due to how bad I wasn’t able to sleep.

We booked this hotel for its location, it’s pretty close by to journal station (PATH), probably 3-5mins walk. It’s also surrounded by several Indian and Asian small restaurants and grocery stores. Parking was not available at the property, so I did roadside parking for in an out only. Rooms were large and service was ok too. There was a big building in construction just opposite to it (maybe 15-20ft away only), this was in end June 2026. Overall this place doesn’t give hotel like vibes but is good for someone who wants to save money by staying in Jersey city when visiting Manhattan.
