Broken towel rack Not so engaging front desk

I stayed 4th of July weekend 2026 and my stay was not worth $500 for the weekend. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, shower still had hair from previous guest, and with my luck i didn’t pack my shampoo and conditioner and the dispenser wasn’t filled. It’s not their fault that I didn’t pack correctly and that’s not why i gave it a low rating. The mattress is NOT comfortable and HARDER than a rock. I didn’t get any sleep because of how bad the mattress was. Also, please pay attention that there is NO parking and finding street parking is IMPOSSIBLE. They do offer information on a parking garage close by, but with the amount that I was charged that should have definitely included parking. YES the no parking is listed on the website but I just wanted to HIGHLIGHT that part for you that may miss it like myself. I wouldn’t book another stay due to how bad I wasn’t able to sleep.

We booked this hotel for its location, it’s pretty close by to journal station (PATH), probably 3-5mins walk. It’s also surrounded by several Indian and Asian small restaurants and grocery stores. Parking was not available at the property, so I did roadside parking for in an out only. Rooms were large and service was ok too. There was a big building in construction just opposite to it (maybe 15-20ft away only), this was in end June 2026. Overall this place doesn’t give hotel like vibes but is good for someone who wants to save money by staying in Jersey city when visiting Manhattan.

We stayed here whilst we were visiting to watch England at the MetLife Stadium, it was ideally located for our stay and we found everything fine, England won and now onto Atlanta ⚽️🇺🇸

So bad! Front door handle was loose, bathroom sink was wobbly and not secure to wall, water in that sink had no water pressure and the worse was that the room flooded in the middle of the night. Had to pull out towels to soak up the huge puddle. Request a refund so now I have to see if I will get refund since I needed to find a more appropriate place to stay

Poor located, apartment is a waste of space for 1 person as I requested, too expensive for the location and area. Won’t ever come back.

The shower ceiling was peeling with tiles, I seen insects crawling in bathroom and room. Just overall not place for me to stay.

Clean, simple room. Staff often not present at desk.

Hotel at Peachtree was an amazing stay kitchen with all the necessities we needed. Huge bathroom. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Surprisingly nice place at an affordable price. Walking distance to everything in Jersey City.

The room and stay was excellent there was no complaints

The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook a meal. You have to find parking outside. Good area to park

No parking 😩 but fair price and ok room with ice kitchen

Parking and train stations were conveniently located with in walking distance of hotel.

Great location, ample rooms with kitchen, perfect for mid to budget travel with families.

Second time staying, my wife and I love it. Parking is a pain in the rear end so good luck.
