The name, Ramada by Wyndham "was" gold standard with much offerings to its guests... nothing worked; it was as if the only function was to use the area to sleep and that's if my guests could. I am hurt that my guests were unhappy and I felt as if it was a mistake. I apologize for the blunt honest review; look, I know when things go wrong, remedial resolutions are deployed... emergency plumbing, heat wave causing power fluctuations (given what happened last week heat wave advisory). How we undertake the appropriate care is what matters.

Good location

Staff friendly, especially cleaners and breakfast staff Room very clean and spacious Noisy creaking floorboards from room above. Bed too soft, but that's a personal preference

Very unpleasant territory with very unpleasant people and pedestrians, marketplace, mobile carts, people, and kids walking in the middle and against traffic, the transit center is even worse when you’re trying to figure out where exactly you are and where to go Just not pleasant The room itself is fine. Classic hotel/motel with an overly stiff bed and outdated controls. Everything about this place is perfectly average and I would’ve honestly given it a 7 1/2 or 8 out of 10 I am taking the time out to say with all certainty that this is a three star scam and hack business that you should not invest in unless you have no other choice Upon entering the lounge and checking in with the concierge, they confirm my booking and my room, and then said the following “ OK your room and stay are all set and good to go in our system however you didn’t pay the security deposit so once you do that I will give you your key card” ….. There is no mention of a security deposit when I made the booking and if you go on other sites to book for the same room, I did a one bedroom for two guest, there are no reference references to this security deposit The security deposit was the exact same price of the room, so I had essentially paid double for what was advertised They even gave me the “option” to pay with cash if I wanted it back instantly after my stay…… Please go downtown to the waterfront/Newport to a namebrand hotel like the Hilton. I have never had a bad experience down there and they tell you how much it is you’re going to pay before and after the booking.

Location is close to Path station. There are a few mini markets opened 24h to get water, etc. Breakfast was served until 10am which is a generous time window. Check out was at 12pm which hotels don’t do these days. The TV in the room was huge. Bathroom is tiny. Second bed was full size and on a separate room with no A/C so the door had to stay opened for the window A/c on the main room to cool the space. The elevator to take you down for breakfast was always packed, I tried using it the first day and gave up. I used the alternative route of walking around the building and accessing the restaurant that way. Breakfast was eggs, sometimes waffles, bacon or sausage, turkey bacon, banana, orange juice, coffee, Quaker, mini croissants and sometimes bagels. I would have loved yogurt, waffles more toasted, sausage more cooked, eggs better cooked.

Clean room and good breakfast No space for people coming in car to even go to register and get the key and keep luggage in car and then look for parking spots in city. Staff was very rude. And worst part is not even 2 bottles of complimentary water which is not even 20 cents. That's really really bad.

No good room service Front desk not responding to issues in the room. Room plus was not working and didn't not get fixed after reporting it
-
The property was clean, staffs were polite and considerate. What matters most was the location which is close the Path station.
-
Close to Jersey City and super easy to head over to Manhattan via the Holland Tunnel. Lots of restaurants close by that will deliver. Close to convenience stores in case you forgot something. Parking was terrible. We didn’t arrive until after 11 pm on a Saturday night and had to carry suitcases and bags almost 1/2 mile from the parking garage to the motel

All good for the price Nothing in particular
-
Big room and great staff The remote for the TV didn't work and it's a bit out dated
-
The room is big and clean. The breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is good as it is near to many attractions in New York.
-
Friendly staff good breakfast perfect location Nothing everyone was great
-
Location, it was very close to India square. Small rooms
-
Overall the hotel was very good and the housekeeping was immaculate.
-
Very clean. Nothing wrong with the property
-
The room was spacious, but the bathroom tiny. Very strange floorplan. Staff were helpful. Biggest drawback was that they have NO PARKING on property and you can rent a space from the next door lot or park five blocks away for a fee. This was not clearly stated via Expedia.

Staff friendly and professional Room clean and comfortable
-
Location £250 hold on credit card suspicious activity

Location was very convenient. Our room was quite big with a kitchenette and Waldo in closet. No drinking water provided by the hotel. Water is a necessity, not a privilege
