Service was good. Some guests rude to breakfast server thought not fast enough but I watched families load their plates and leave to eat in their rooms. Then group would come in and be mad not enough for their group. No way she could keep up Maybe weekend s you are full you could have two people in kitchen breakfast area for those few hours. Also gym equipment was broken with needing some screws and pins replaced

Cheap and could get 3 rooms when booking at 8 pm the same day. In need of renovation, damages in rooms and to door locks. Beds were clean, no bedbugs, bathrooms needed attention. AC worked. Close to I-35.

The chair in our room, box springs, and carpet were filthy. There was black mold in the mini fridge. Lighting was very poor - maybe so one wouldn't see how dirty it was. TV channel options were very limited. It smelled like someone had been smoking in the room even though it was a non-smoking hotel. Plus, they provided only ONE towel for two guests and the soap provided crumbled into pieces once opened. Will never stay there again.

Showed up and were placed in a room that clearly had not been cleaned, next room had a broken door knob as well as a hole in some of the blankets/sheets

Their wifi was not working. The water in my bathroom wouldn't cut off. Overall I don't recommend staying here. Staff is so nonchalant and was very unhelpful

They called me @ 245 pm and told me that they were overbooked and canceled my reservation. I live 2 states away.

It was awful. Not very well maintained or clean remote didn’t have a back. Not enough towels in the room and the coffee pot didn’t work. And the free breakfast was a sad thing..Do not recommend!

The first receptionist was very sweet and kind. No other positives about this hotel. Gross, falling apart, and unsafe.

Nothing to like about this place the stuff at the night at the front desk rude Dirty to expensive location is bad I don’t know how they got the permit to stay open Baymont at the other location in the north is nice clean and stuff is professional

the whole place smell like mildew and it was so dusty amd dirty the bathroom was terrible it was just a wash room no tb control the chair they have in the room is crusty so dirty was almost impossible to sleep at leas rhe bedding was somewhat clean

There is no fee for parking. The rooms are pretty basic, so if you aren’t spending a lot of time in your room, it is good. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I was disappointed because I was never able to get into the WiFi. I went to the front desk twice for help with it and could never get in. The pool was closed (just like mentioned by other guests) and the washer and dryer were both out of order. The breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever seen, even for low budget hotels. They have an automatic coffee machine in the hall that they promptly shut off at 9 AM at the end of breakfast. They don’t even offer coffee 24 hour coffee like most places! Overall, you get what you pay for!

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life during my recent stay, and I feel compelled to share it so others can make an informed decision. Let me start with the staff. There was a lady named Cyri at the front desk who was absolutely unprofessional and rude. On multiple occasions, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a humiliating manner in front of other guests. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Her conduct caused me significant stress and, on one occasion, directly resulted in me missing a critical professional session I had scheduled. I had to pay an additional $300 to attend the same session again in the evening a cost that falls entirely on the hotel's failure to provide a respectful and functional environment. Beyond the staff issues, the hygiene standards were shockingly poor. When I first checked in, the bathroom already had hair and a cockroach in it. Throughout my stay, the bathroom was not cleaned daily after my use which is a basic expectation at any hotel. The bathroom floors remained sticky and unpleasant. The room walls were in poor condition and left much to be desired. To top it all off, the breakfast was extremely basic and frankly unappetizing not what you would expect even at a budget property. I strongly urge management to address staff behavior and hygiene standards immediately. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was practically non-existent for my family of four, 30 mins prior to when it was supposed to end. Pancake machine was out of batter, just some scraps of eggs and a couple sausage links left. Other than that, just a half full gallon of milk in the fridge and some cereal dispensers.
