Terrible smell in the room

Although the staff was super friendly there are a few who do not particularly share any interest on placement of rooms offered at such a late time at night.

The rooms were pretty clean and the staff was pretty friendly, outdoor pool was closed but I wasn't going to use it, overall a very enjoyable stay!

Not a bad place to stay especially for the price. Only minor issue is had was the knob to the shower broke off. Water didn't get very warm either.

No outdoor pool, be prepared to pay a security deposit on top of your stay. Room has past guest clothes and shower/tub uncleaned, no soap to wash hands, phone not working in room and alarm clock and imagine needing to ask for toilet paper and not being able to reach anyone and not getting extra towels and when asked they give you a SINGLE towel.

We specifically asked when booking if there was a pool but it was empty. The rooms had pieces of the doors missing as if someone had previously attempted to break in. The carpet was sticky (how does that even happen). We had a mystery odor that kept creeping up even though we had sprayed disinfectant and deodorizer. The outside door to our building had a broken door handle so everyone was putting rocks in the door so they could use it, so that was super secure NOT!!!! We had requested a handicapped room but were put on the second floor and mind you there are no elevators. We got moved to the first floor then had to walk through 3 buildings to get to our building which included a lovely tilted ramp type space that we had to traverse with luggage, children and handicapped individuals. Our shower sprayed from the shower head and faucet at the same time and you had no other option but that. The breakfast was literally stale cereal, bread, scrambled eggs from a bag and waffles. No fruit, no pastries, no muffins, no sausage or bacon, no oatmeal, no yogurt, no bagels….. none of the basics. The office chair in the room had one arm rest. The phone was non operational. Definitely won’t be booking again.

This is very nice property will definitely be back again.

Clean and comfortable AC sounded like it was dying. Very loud all night long. TV didn't work. WiFi didn't work.

The distance to the convention center was reasonable 3.6 miles so far was able to take uber twice daily The hotel staff were horrible, the rooms were so bad missing a lot of things. I was moved to 3 rooms on the same day and the 4th room on the second day. First room had dirty bedsheets, second room TV and refrigerator both didn’t work, no hungers for clothes, toilet was not flushing. Third room bathtub flooded and they didn’t want to call a plumber. I asked to speak to a manager and the staff refused to connect me or give me the information for the manager

Don't even think about booking this dump! Aside from the smell and the dealers and lack of cleanliness, the smashed out window in a security door was a nice touch. All of that wasn't even the "best" part! I booked a room for 5 adults and 2 dogs. The room that was reserved for us had 2 small double beds....but the mildew smell was a nice touch. I asked the front desk for the room we booked and was told were none. He tried to tell me this was the room I booked. When I told him the filter I used was for 5 adults and 2 dogs, he said there was no such filter and I should tell Expedia because it wasn't his problem. We had to go to another hotel.

The location of the property was decent. Close to the centre by uber. The property was aged, unclean, uncomfortable. Carpets were wet, bathrooms aged and stained with showers very poor. Stale smell and air conditioning was unusable. We stayed for World Cup. City and atmosphere was amazing but this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had to leave early and return home.

I did not like how poor their property was kept nearly everything was broken the faucet was broken, thr office chair in the room broken and, in the gym all the equipment were not in good shape the only thing . The only thing I, do like was the Ac work well.
