20$ to park is absurd

- Part of my room was only lit by one small lamp. - all the windows in my room were unlocked when I checked, and I was on the first floor near the late night entrance and exit, so any of them could have been open easy from the outside. - I was the only room without a closet. - they deactivated my keycard the night before I was supposed to check out, so I had to go get a new one. - my drain stopper in my shower was removed before I checked in and left laying in the tub.

The room smelled, looked like it hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. Temp was 78° in the room, I had specifically called ahead to ask if temp was adjustable and told "you can set temp to whatever you like". Could not get temp below 75° in room. Bed was uncomfortable.

The location was great and the staff were wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was good. The beds were not comfortable. There was only a mattress on a bedframe with no box springs. When I sat down on the bed the mattress moved. Not having carpet in the room was not enjoyable. There were three of us and only two chairs were provided for the table. The bathroom was super cramped.

It was clean They charge you additional parking fee 25 days a day

Location Really cheap accommodations no lighting low flow toilet no water no where to put soap and shower area. No coffee in room. Front desk was really polite among other things. Seating not comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the the rooms were a nice size. I switched rooms during my stay and hotel staff helped with that and they were super friendly too. The beds were comfortable and was worth the money I paid. It was also located nicely for what I needed. It easy to get a ride share to get around. The only thing I will say is that the property is older but it didn't deter from my stay at all.

I had a bed and that worked. I was charged $10 for makeup being on the washcloth and woke up to someone arguing with management at 7am

Location was convenient. Upon arrival we were told we had to pay an additional $20 for parking even though the confirmation from Booking.com said it was included!

The location was fine and parking seemed tight but secured. The bathroom light did not work in the first room we was given. Flipped the switch numerous times and no light came on, pretty simple to operate. Informed the clerk at the desk who didn’t believe I knew how to operate the switch and needed to come see for himself…..the light still didn’t work or he didn’t know how to operate the switch either. The next room we were given had numerous long black hairs on the sheets and comforter. Not sure how they could have been over looked by house keeping…..hairs that were like 6-10 inches long. Pulled the comforter back and BAM!!! more hairs. Not impressed at all
