It was a great stay nice comfortable bed. The only thing was that housekeeping just walked in without announcing themselves way before check out.

Front desk staff was unfriendly,

Awesome stay!

Don’t stay here you have to pay $20 for parking per night

Very nice staff. Rooms are nice size with very good bed. Hotel location right next to trolley stops is very convenient. The breakfast is great and their coffee is very good and available all day. But the biggest asset is the staff.
-
Desk help was not great, water was empty and night staff said he didn't have time to fill it. He was annoyed when we asked where the ice machine was located.
-
Receptionist was way too slow, holding up a line all the way to the door. Parking is limited and you have to pay $20 a night. Everything else was alright but the inconveniences made me not want to stay here again.
-
The only problems were the pool area was too cold, pool and air in it, and the TV in the room was VERY slow. Like, it was on dialup or something.
-
Everything from checking in and checking out was awesome. Staff very friendly breakfast was great with lots of choices. Location was great either way street car in front to to enjoy something new at every stop either way.
-
Friendly staff and great location.

Hotel is a bit older. Nice big room in a good location. Cheikh went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made sure we were well taken care of.
-
The team is excellent and the overall stay was good. I would just make sure to let them know when you want cleaning and replacement of items in the room like coffee when staying multiple days.

Perfect spot in the city.

We paid for our reservation through Expedia for 2 rooms, 2 nights during the World Cup, and paid over $3,000 to this hotel. One hotel room I put under my husband's name, and the other room was under my daughter's name. Even though we had already paid, my daughter was charged for one night when she went to check out. She thought I had not paid, which is why she paid the hotel again. When I went to the front desk and showed my itinerary that showed that payment had been done prior to us arriving, they said they could do nothing at the time but to call them on Monday. My daughter has been calling this week, but they have been giving her the run-around and have not resolved this issue. At this point, it's either Expedia that is not communicating well with the hotel, or the hotel that's overcharging customers.

The beds were soft. Air conditioner made a strange rattling noise, which was slightly irritating. The coffee was good but sadly breakfast was not ready before we had to depart.
-
The room smelled wet and musty almost mildew was very strong and the room was very humid even running the AC it was so bad that our skin was sticky. We ended up leaving as soon as we woke up. Booked the hotel because we attended a concert and after being outside in the heat we were looking forward to coming back to our room and cooling off and relaxing but we were not able to do that. I personally wouldn’t stay there again. The breakfast they offered was pretty sad also not much to choose from lots of things were empty.

Need brighter light options for bathroom. Smelled like chemicals in the room otherwise a nice stay

-
Location, breakfast with gluten free muffins. Lack of complimentary water in the rooms.
