The front dest staff was amazing and very helpful, The guy in the morning was extremely helpful and kind.The only thing I don't like was the 20 parking fee

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. Be aware that, while listed on main street, it is 2 full blocks from free streetcar transit and I'm not sure about how safe it would be late at night. Additionally, the breakfast was ok, but not up to its competitor's standards. For example, one morning the oatmeal was a lump and the next day it was watery. The eggs were watery both days. If I were going back to Kansas City, I would find a place closer to the action of downtown. Note, the MLB Ballpark is moving closer to this site in a few years. Also the hotel is walking distance to the WWI national memorial and the federal reserve museum.

Getting a 60 charge at checking with no explanation ,just showing on debit account. I want the 60 dollars removed from my account.

Location was perfect as we attended a concert at T Mobile. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fantastic There wasn’t much lighting in the room

Staff were nice, the bed was comfortable. Could have used more pillows though We had to go to another building and didnt know which door we could use to get into the building. After that everything was fine.

We had a nice stay for two nights. All the staff we interacted with was helpful and nice especially Aaliyah. The room was nice. It was nice having the pool although we didn't use it. The breakfast was really nice and a great selection.

The system controlling key entry was not working properly and we hd to get new keys several times to gain entry to our room, buildings, and exercise room. We stayed 3 nights but only received maid service our second day.
