The staff was amazing. Great location. Central to all we were doing.

Prime location and the tram is right outside! The newly renovated room smelled musty. And the coffee was really a strong brew.

It was close to the conference I was attending and the bed was comfortable. The small parking lot, the smell of the room and elevators, the paper thin walls, the loud guests up and down the halls, the fact that when someone in another room was smoking weed the smell consumed my room, the fact that I had to either pay a ridiculous amount for parking at both my hotel and the conference, walk a mile and a half or take the KC Ride with the morning and evening homeless crowd riding to get out of the heat.

Stayed during the World Cup, since it was in a great location near the Fan Fest, so can't speak to value by any means (ha!), but we had a nice 2-night stay alongside other fans of the game (fun having breakfast with folks from around the world!). We initially got the wrong room, but ended up in a newly-remodeled room, which was appreciated, and took advantage of the pool with two young children in tow. All in all a great option for our purposes!

The breakfast was disappointing. The food was not good. Sausage waa overcooked. Bacon was rubbery. Apples were overly ripe. I expect more from a Marriott facility. The food

Very clean and very convenient for the Amtrak station as the extended Streetcar line stops nearby. Quiet comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. The only negative is the US20 parking fee, which I avoided by travelling there by Streetcar and picking up the rental car the following morning, also by Streetcar

Location is good. Beds comfortable & great shower. Although some in our party experienced lukewarm showers. No shampoo in shower. There was conditioner & 2 body wash bottles. No trashcan in the bathroom area, very odd. Lighting in sink area very poor. Our TV quit working in the evening & next morning. Of course, started working when we were leaving. Spent a lot of time with our group in the lobby & they couldn't get the FOX channel for the KC Chiefs game down there. Also very odd for being in KC.
