Amazing staff and room

Carlos was excellent. Overall the staff was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Having dinner in the bar and breakfast area in the evening would be nice.

Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom. Door was janky and had a gap so you could see inside when someone was using the bathroom. Also shower door was janky too.

The location of the hotel in close proximity to the train station was the only upside for me My dislikes about the property was what I purchased online was not the room that I received the room I received was small. It was dingy. It wasn't the cleanest room.

The esthetics were nice. Very clean. Nice welcoming staff. The valet service was exceptional. On a busy street so if it was a busy check in or check out time it was a minor inconvenience to park and get in and out of hotel.

The staff…especially the valets…were really kind and courteous. The lobby is beautiful, and the hotel is convenient to many businesses in the Crossroads area of KCMO.

The front desk staff, valet drivers and service workers were amazing and very nice to deal with but..............the old grumpy guy at the bar was very disappointing. My wife and I were the only two at the bar to begin with and he seemed very reluctant to come over and even acknowledge us. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but we remained polite with him. The 1st round of drinks he immediately became angry because my wife asked for an Old Fashioned and I had a simple whisky on the rocks. We tipped him generously and enjoyed the drinks at the bar and then a second couple came over and asked could they sit at this small table right next to bar and order drinks. He loudly and aggressively told them "NO, if you want drinks from the bar, then sit at the bar" Mind you the table was literally to the right of the bar within 2ft. The look of shock on both their faces were well understood and they just left. Now, when my wife and I ordered another round of the same drinks, he completely lost it and started slamming things around the register. I then paid again for the 2 drinks and DID NOT tip him this time and he started saying what I assumed to be negative things about us and shaking his head, he bought my change over and dropped it in front of me on the counter and stormed off out of the bar completely. We didn't even finish our drinks and we left after that very distasteful weird encounter. The "free" breakfast was nothing to write home about and the coffee 👎

The location from Union Station was good. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The mattress had uneven wear. needed to be replaced.

Sliding door to bathroom with no lock so doesn’t allow for privacy with kiddos and sharing space with family

Rooms were clean, check in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and my breakfast waiter was wonderful!

Great location, close to good restaurants and the trolley. The room location choice for two queens is limited to room facing the loud Grand Ave, or the first floor.

The room is clean and quiet. Shower is the best.

We chose Indigo based on location to attractions that we wanted to see. It was perfect. Nice and clean, up scale but not over the top. Wonderful staff and plenty of amenities. No regular parking lot. This hotel is located some what downtown and only offers street parking or valet for the garage. Just have to juggle where you park on the street.
