Close distance to the Union Station and very helpful frontdesk staff!

My standard king room was quite roomy and comfortable.

The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. It took a long time to get a response about things not functioning properly in the room and the response, once we got it, was that they would put in a work order. No attempt to fix it and no offer to change rooms.

Hotel Indigo was impeccably clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable and aside from the minimal street noise, this location was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and made to order.

Central Location, comfy beds and clean! Only paid parking available.

Loved the hotel room! Very cozy bed and the staff were very helpful with any questions I had for them. Breakfast was amazing and everything was nice and clean.

Check-in staff was extremely helpful and considerate. Facility is overall nice and walking distance to downtown and tourist spots. The only thing we think that could be improved was during breakfast time, there seemed to be few staff - We only stopped by at the bar to see if we could order a latte and we waited for 10 min while no one was around or paying attention to customer needs. There were other groups sitting at breakfast tables and seemed waiting for very long as well.

Great Location! Beautiful room, w/city views, clean, clean, clean. Loved having normal size lotion, body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom for use. Bathroom is set up like a spa. Loved it! That shower was amazing! The staff was my favorite, they accommodated, were friendly, attentive, informative and kind. Liked having breakfast and a bar at the hotel as well. The bartender was friendly!

My room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a busy day. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would most definitely recommend Hotel Indigo Downtown Kansas City to anyone visiting the area and looking for outstanding service, comfort, and convenience. I look forward to staying here again!

Excellent place to stay. Plenty of neat things within walking distance and staff was super!

Excellent location, nice rooms but the sliding door for the bathrooms gave no privacy when closed & would rarely stay closed. Loved the bar being open late, but the bartender made you feel like he was doing you a favor by making a drink.

Great staff. Good amenities. It's too bad they don't include breakfast, but the cafe style breakfast options are good.
