Customer Service was poor. The person was very dismissive, didnt care to explain and assist where needed. I hated the rooms with the exposed pipes and vent pipes as well as the raw concrete columns in the middle of the room and around it. I lay in my bed and look at pipes and vent pipes running through the ceiling. It was giving basement settings. It was not to my liking

Super friendly staff. The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean. Not much for amenities, free coffee in the lobby was nice. small workout room mainly cardio. Walking distance to quite a few areas and things to do.

Arrived on a sunday. Most amenities where closed. The room was nice and clean. The only issue was loud street traffic
-
The quietness of the place The basement/ground floor rooms were creepy with the half wall and too high windows.

A repurposed factory in Downtown...

It was very clean and modern. This is not an ideal hotel for families or those with pets. However, I will start from the beginning: We were "welcomed" by unfriendly staff with earpods when we checked in. This is unprofessional for a service industry and sends a message that you are bothering me and I can't wait to be done with you - and it was kind of the impression I received as well. Nothing on the booking indicated that valet parking was essentially required (so extra fee for that). They told me that street parking was available if we chose not to valet, but those spots are far and few between and avoiding the homeless people you will encounter on top of it - I didn't feel safe doing this at night. The valet woman was really nice and the highlight of all the staff we met. The room itself, and hotel, were very clean and modern. Seems to be renovated not too long ago, so that part was nice and beds were comfortable. The cable selection was not great - for anyone curious about TV options. The hotel is close to the highway and the train tracks, so you will get that noise. They do have a workout room that is small (maybe the size of a hotel room) and right off the elevator with clear windows. So, if you want everyone to get a glimpse of you working out when they exit the elevator then no issues, but I will take a hard pass on that. We did eat at there for breakfast, and in short is was overpriced and lack luster - on top of a 20% required gratuity (the signage said this was due to world cup but who knows). We had avocado toast and pancakes. The pancakes were good, no issues there. The avocado toast was literally an avocado sandwich - not open faced, nothing mixed with it - just smashed avocado between 2 pieces of bread - for $18! Save your time and money and go somewhere else to eat. The waitstaff was super nice, so that was a plus.

Staff were great, rooms were nice. Also really loved their stocked hair products in the shower

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location, but our experience was ruined by a reservation issue. I had to change my booking date at the last minute. The front desk rebooked the correct night but failed to cancel the original one. After speaking with several unhelpful staff members, I asked for the manager. He told us we were not his customers because we had booked through Booking.com, said he had had a long day and better things to do, then left without resolving the issue. The staff and manager told us they would cancel the extra night at no charge, but told Booking.com the opposite when contacted. I wasted nearly two hours of my holiday dealing with this. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Great hotel in a walkable area. Modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only rec would be the pillows. They were very fluffy and uncomfortable. All else was terrific!
-
Like most hotels, the walls are thin enough that you can hear the people next to you. One thing I liked about lot though was that the room felt bigger than an average hotel room

Clean, easy access Hotel tax, parking fee

Nice price point & location
-
The room was spacious, and having an in-unit laundry was a huge convenience. The high ceilings made the space feel even more open, and the air conditioner was very quiet while cooling the room effectively. The location was decent, though it would have been more convenient if we had chosen a place closer to the streetcar station. Some of the staff seemed a bit unfriendly at times and didn't always provide complete information, which made things less straightforward.

Cool decor.

Clean room and bathroom and big bathroom!
-
N/A I was overcharged, extra random charges that were billed to me and I did not use. The bartender, even though I never went to his bar, was awful and nasty when I walked by. The comments of hotel staff were sexist and discriminatory. I will never bring business, or corporate partnerships to this location.
