Comfortable beds nice rooms , the breakfast was vey good .

Close to transit. Clean rooms, free coffee and tea, Computer for use with printing. Common areas welcoming and the laundry was excellent after travelling for 3 weeks.

property location was ideal. the room was not clean the bedsheet had stains all over it.

Great location to downtown area - walkable to Union Station and many restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful, underground parking felt safe and convenient. Room is spacious with so many amenities! Would definitely stay again on our way through KC.

Location and parking was convenient Little dirty. Breakfast was okay but not great.

The staff were wonderful. Front desk staff as well as the ladies manning morning breakfast were very delightful and helpful. The location is great a whole bunch of great little pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The facilities could use a little work, starting to show a little wear in the rooms. Overall though a great little hotel with great staff.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We were supposed to have our room cleaned, even requested that it be cleaned. We were out all day and expected a clean room, it was not. The front desk clerk acknowledged our complaint and was very apologetic.

The front and people were nice. I guess I was over excited for the hotel but I found some used tissue paper in drawers and a trash bin. The toilet is old and not clean. However fyi I just came back from Japan maybe that is why I felt that way.
