Breakfast No sound proofing, cheap furniture, bathroom door did not work, curtains for room divider, cheaply built, a disgrace to Hilton brand name. Can no longer depend on Hilton quality

Clean, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had both hot and cold offerings. Walking distance to the World War I museum, Union Station, Federal Reserve money museum and Hallmark Greeting Card visitor center. Also several restaurants close by.

The one big issue was the one working elevator---very frustrating!

There was one elevator (the other one was down), so it was difficult to get around. But, our room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was nice. The location was close to everywhere we needed to be.

I like the fact that it’s easy convenient and tram station is really up the street. My husband and I loved our stay. At first, the elevator weren’t working to a certain extent until the final two days And we didn’t know if we were going to either climb up and down the stairs or the elevator but it was fixed, which is a good thing you

Really appreciated the staff it was out first time staying there and they were very helpful. The location was hard to beat so close to everything! Definitely will stay again!

We had a nice stay, our room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable enough. Lots of functional outlets. I would inform anyone coming to stay to be aware that to check in, you’ll need to buzz the front desk before any entrance is opened. The lobby is on the second floor. Once you get your key card, it’s a breeze. The locked doors are for safety, but it’s a little rattling if you don’t know what to expect. The second elevator was broken during our visit, which made for some longer waits. The location and parking are great.

Nice stay close to TMobile Center. We were in town for a concert. Husband enjoyed breakfast options.

Clean room and decent breakfast. Located close to WW1 museum and Union Station.

No free internet service so something to consider. Other than that the beds were comfy, breakfast was good and location was close to everything downtown, our room was on the road side so we could hear the music from the bar across the street.

We so enjoyed our stay here! Entrance is confusing but the location more than makes up for it. Parking was a breeze when checked in too. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked and very convenient for our family. The hotel pool was a bit murky but we only used it once so not a dealbreaker. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a nice variety. Overall this place is perfect for our family and we will definitely stay here when visiting KC from now on.
