We enjoyed our stay and love the close proximity of the streetcar, Union Station, Crown Center, WWI museum and FIFA Fanfest.

Great location, nice place

We went to Kansas City for WC game. When we arrived at the hotel, around 11:00am, it was very kind of them to let us check in right away, instead of waiting at 4pm. The staff is very nice and helpful, like a local tour guide, gave us ideas how to get to stadium by bus. The hotel is very clean. Its location is right at the downtown, walking distance to street car, bus and tourist places. The breakfast is good and have all you need for the a typical American breakfast. We enjoyed our time here and will be back for a game in the future.

Great stuff, huge room, nearby train and good location, has nice gym. Pool wasn't looked great, old elevator, weird smell in the hallway, no vagetables in the breakfast and the room doesn't have safe.

The breakfast in the morning was on the higher quality, as far as hotel breakfasts go, and had lots of variety.

nothing The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible we were tired we came in we had to go to another room and it wasn't no better than the other room it was just a little bit more fixed up but they were pet friendly the room it wasn't clean

I love this hotel I stayed 5-7 June 2026 . I had a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect . Mr. Dexter Was amazing and very helpful.
