Really good experience

Hey it’s the nicest place in the area. Plenty of supplies and deer.

Very nice hotel. Is within walking distance of blue light district.

Convenience of location to tram. Convenience of location to things we wanted to do. The expense of the parking garage was a little steep for two nights.

Probably my favorite stay and wish I had more time.

The location was great, short walk to the city tram. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to tape the drawers of the vanity area shut to be able to walk to the bathroom. The carpets were really dirty, white socks were not white after walking on them.

My opinion for someone who has traveled quit a bit

The staff were very friendly and help. The room was clean and very quiet. Did not hear doors slamming closed or people walking by talking. The breakfast was good; the food was a little on the cold side but still good. The bar nice vibe, drinks were more ice, soda and juice thank anything, I believe for the price that was paid for the drink it was not worth it

very clean and spacious. Got a corner suite that overlooked the city. It was amazing.

The room was large and nice. The bartender was super friendly. The location was perfect

Breakfast was good. Would have preferred bacon everyday. Grandson wanted waffles. Pool was cold and needed cleaned. Breakfast staff was awesome

This is a very nice hotel. Our King suite had plenty of space, large bathroom with plenty of towels and towel bars, nice kitchenette. Corner room was quiet (hotel was filled with volleyball players and we didn’t hear anything!) Breakfast was good, lots of options and staff were very attentive. Front desk staff were awesome too. Parking garage was convenient. Location for our event in at the convention center was great. Not complaining because it is what it is - but our stay was pricey due to location for a sold out event.

Melissa at the front desk was very kind and cheerful when we checked in and was very helpful later when we needed information on the area and directions. Amanda Williams was especially helpful when we checked out early. We had encountered a traumatic experience in the city area and decided to return home. Amanda recognized our distress and was immediately empathetic and offering assistance. We are grateful she was our departing encounter in Kansas City, helping us leave with a positive impression and confidence. She was outstanding. hotel parking was very full and we found the final spot on the return from one of our events.

Our stay was great. This is our second time staying at this hotel we absolutely love it
