I liked the property, it was a clean room. Very comfortable! But overall disappointed that i reserved a king suite and paid upfront months ago. Just to get there and have them say they didn’t have any king suites available and got bumped to a double room. This is the 2nd time that it’s happened through booking.com.

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. The gym and pool were great! Parking garage was a little tight in parking our truck and it was expensive to park.

Starbucks downstairs, the street car down the block, great shops and restaurants near by. Wonderful staff and great parking and prices. Ten out of ten!

This was an AMAZING stay! ALL staff was helpful, and there was a lot of events going on the staff was just moving with the flow! Such a clean build and rooms 10/10 would stay again!

It is well located, public transport to the main backrest via great breakfast.

The beds were very hard and not comfortable at all. The noise was terrible.

Parking garage has a small daily fee, check in and out were both seamless, starbucks in the lobby was a nice perk of this hotel, very clean and location of the hotel was perfect to walk downtown. Our event was at the tmboile center and was a short walking distance away.
