The staff was absolutely splendid. I have not been personally welcomed by a manger in over 20 years. Walked to and from T-Mobile Center, power and light district , and not to mention all the great food spots in crossroads. Street parking is available. We had no problems with vagrants, as many have suggested. The area felt safe and very well patrolled ..

I liked the property, it was a clean room. Very comfortable! But overall disappointed that i reserved a king suite and paid upfront months ago. Just to get there and have them say they didn’t have any king suites available and got bumped to a double room. This is the 2nd time that it’s happened through booking.com.

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. The gym and pool were great! Parking garage was a little tight in parking our truck and it was expensive to park.

The conditioner was water down when I showed. And I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. We opt for our son to take our car elsewhere.

Starbucks downstairs, the street car down the block, great shops and restaurants near by. Wonderful staff and great parking and prices. Ten out of ten!
