It is well located, public transport to the main backrest via great breakfast.

The beds were very hard and not comfortable at all. The noise was terrible.

Parking garage has a small daily fee, check in and out were both seamless, starbucks in the lobby was a nice perk of this hotel, very clean and location of the hotel was perfect to walk downtown. Our event was at the tmboile center and was a short walking distance away.

Treated well everything was so fresh and clean clean would recommend to everybody the stay was amazing 👏

Great location and price

The cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, and rooms. Free parking is always the best but I get some hotels don't offer that.

For as nice as the hotel was the breakfast was terrible. Despite the food being on warmers the food was cold and there was no waffle maker! That's a staple for a hotel breakfast. Had to pay $35 a night to park

We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar cup of coffee at Starbucks every day despite paying full price for the buffet. The girl working the area, Lydia, is your five star employee. She was always there, making sure that everything was picked up and clean. Overall a clean and comfortable place. There are changes that could help.

Very friendly staff and received a very nice welcome email from the manager. Such a nice touch. Very close to the streetcar. Clean room and pool area. Felt very safe and extremely comfortable here

It was okay. Some of the staff in the front were rude. The housekeepers were very polite and helpful

Room was clean, and staff were friendly and helpful in whatever we needed to include directions to our event. Having no complimentary breakfast was the only knock on the place but the bistro was pretty good although a bit pricey

I did not like that we had to ask for housekeeping to refresh the towels and room.

Everything was really clean the hotel parking was kind of cramped and it was kind of pricey at $34 a night the breakfast was very very good would stay there again but park in the parking lot next door half the price

Pool was nice, staff at the Bistro was great.

I have stayed in over the years. It has declined. The furniture in the room was torn and dirty.
