Clean room spacious very nice

We had a great stay.

The room service was good, but I was surprised that slippers and bathrobes weren’t provided. All the staff I interacted with were kind and helpful.

So close the Power and Light district. Walked everywhere and took free trolly.

Elevators were very busy, but fast going up and down

Great location but hotel showed signs of aging and not well kept

This hotel double charged me. When I called to express the error, they gave me the run around. When I finally was able to speak to a manager, he was unhelpful, unkind, and did not care that I was double charged and gaslit me about it. He told me they never double charged me even though I have the proof. He kept denying it. I even expressed this double charge put my bank acct negative. He still didn’t care. I expressed I would never stay with them again and he said that’s fine and hung up on me. Worst service I’ve ever had at a hotel.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was its downtown location, which is very convenient and in a great area. However, despite the good location, the condition of the hotel, its amenities, and especially the cleanliness were not up to the standard we expected for the price.

The parking garage was a bit over priced

We would still stay here again and be prepared with our food. The staff, clean rooms,and location are worth staying there again.

The staff was attentive and the location was great especially if you need to be downtown.

Rooms are huge but thermostats don’t seem to work - too cold or too hot. Bathrooms have no towel racks (besides in the shower too close to the dispensers) and only one hook. Gym was well equipped but DESPERATELY NEEDS MULTUPLE STANDING FANS in front of the treadmills. Half of the elevator directional lights didn’t work. Staff doesn’t always clean rooms when requested. Depot cooks got my breakfast order exactly right the last 2 days of my stay. The shuttle that drives guests within 3 miles is no longer offered. Should have hand soap at the sink by the toilet.
