Great location, a couple short blocks from Main St. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Hotel stuff is helpful and friendly. And withing walking distance to shops/restaurant. Needs major renovation, from the common areas to rooms. Bathroom had an awful sewage smell coming out of sink, carpet worn out and dirty, room could had been cleaner (hair in shower)

Excellent location

Older hotel but nice staff in lobby. Smallish rooms. Great parking! No need to valet and the garage is right next to elevator. Super convenient.

I called the hotel, called EXPEDIA everyone to make sure breakfast was included in my rate as I added it. They said it was going to be included and nothing to worry about. Then going in to the breakfast area it is not great they tell you to go back and talk to the Front Desk as it is not included on your room. I decided to go in even I get charged and then decided to not take it next day. I really hope EXPEDIA fixes this soon because it is very uncomfortable when going with your family and then the staff make you faces as you are arguing about your rate with them even you show them that you paid for it. Overal hotel is just okey for 2 nights, not bad not great.

Super clean and comfy! Great location. Walking distance to the Power and Light District as well as the trolley.

Great location and easy early checking

Our room was clean and I loved the beds!
-
The room was a king suite. The room clearly has not been updated or maintained in several years. The layout was terrible, a/c unit does not work properly, bed, sheets and towels stained and overused. I expect far far more from crowne plaza, especially considering the price of the room and cost of a king suite. Would not stay here again and reconsidering crowne plaza overall.

Very good service at the front desk!
-
Bathroom was a little dated, but overall everything was good.
-
Hotel is run down. We found bugs on the floor of our room
-
Location is ideal, close to the main street. None

Pool area was ok…sun very limited

The hotel is clearly outdated and does not justify the premium rates it charges. During the World Cup, room prices were nearly three times the normal rate, yet the level of service actually substandard. One of the elevators was out of service throughout my stay, creating long waits, and one day my room was not cleaned at all. When I asked about it, the front desk, housekeeping staff, and even the manager each gave me a different explanation, showing a complete lack of coordination and communication. The restaurant had issues with guests openly complaining about the service. Coffee place open normal hours with hundreds of people wanting coffee after 1 pm The most concerning issue, however, was guest safety. A very serious tornado warning was issued during my stay, but the hotel never informed guests to leave their rooms and move to a safer location. Many visitors, especially those from other countries, are unfamiliar with tornado procedures and rely on the hotel for guidance during emergencies. Failing to communicate such critical information is unacceptable. Overall, this hotel suffers from poor organization, weak leadership, and inadequate management. Charging luxury prices while delivering this level of service and neglecting basic guest safety is simply not acceptable.
