Location was great. Early check in was appreciated. Condition of room and facilities versus price. Bathroom was lacking. The lack of security and staff to keep non guest from roaming around was disappointing.

The "heated" pool was closed all 8 nights I stayed. It looked nice. Ice machine on my floor out of service whole time, also. Room was quiet! The gym was good. Clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Access to I-35 great. If using parking garage, learn which levels have the elevator access. Park on those. It's like every other level. Otherwise your dodging cars around blind corners getting to the elevator level schlepping your baggage or groceries.

All hotel employees were very kind and delivered outstanding customer service! Honestly, I didn’t like the fact I had to pay $30 a night, per vehicle, to park in the garage. Even as an IHG Rewards member I still had to pay for overnight garage parking.

For as much as I paid for a night at this place, I would expect a cleaner room, clean vents, etc. You can tell that the detailed cleaning was lacking (stains of the wall, dirty door knobs, old hair in shower. The floor we stayed on ..the hallways smelled like there was a recent flood/water damage.
