We stayed in the east tower. It was a small hike to get there. Once you got use to it, it was pretty easy. Room was clean. AC was cold. Staff was friendly.

I was charged $117 for one night parking even though it was advertised as $47. ($70 service charge for unknown reason) Hotel claimed they could not handle the valet overcharge I would have to call the company they use for valet. Called the valet company and left voice mail. Never received a call back but refund was issued. Frustrating to say the least! This Marriott didn’t seem to care that their guest was inconvenienced, overcharged and unsatisfied.

The hotel seems to have been updated and everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the proximity to the P&L area as well as other downtown sights and the numerous of dining and bar options. VOO is a must if they are having entertainment.
