Very hard to access due to construction. The parking situation, when you self-park, is very unorganized and disruptive. The parking employees are unhelpful and very confusing when dealing with this issue. I really doubt I would stay here again due to those issues. On a positive note, my waitress at dinner and waiter at breakfast were both very friendly and helpful. Navid was the breakfast waiter, and I don't recall the lady at dinner. Both were great.

I love how nice and informative the staff was was when I had questions. Another thing I liked about the hotel was how comforting it felt being in my hotel room. The one thing I didn't like was during breakfast I wish that it was free for guests versus having to open up a restaurant and having them pay for breakfast when not always people can afford it. It would be nice to have something for those who can't always afford to pay for breakfast when they are staying.

Spent two nights here recently. The room was clean and quiet. All the elevators worked and were clean. Had a good appetizer a drink at the restaurant near the lobby.

There was construction going on outside that started earlier than we wanted to wake up. The pool was cold.
