Ac in my hotel room had went out. I will say that I was able to get in another room within 30 mins. Downside the room had no towels, mold in the bathroom and the vent in the bathroom in the ceiling was missing.

Great experience !

I was there for Netherlands Orange Bus fan walk. Really close to Power and Light plaza where match was played on large screens and was the start of fan walk. Went to coffee shop around the corner. Didn't get hotel breakfast. Room had large bottles of lotion, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. TV in middle of room was odd. I rather have sofa in the middle, and TV by the wall so watch from the bed. Have to request to get fridge and microwave in room, otherwise you won't get it. I had asked for room with higher floor and was glad to receive it.

Our room was extremely small for two people. But the hotel was lovely.

The rooms are average and lack quality amenities. I was surprised that the hotel only provides two complimentary bottles of water for the entire stay—the only hotel where I’ve ever experienced this. There’s a coffee maker in the room, but no additional water to make coffee. The cleanliness of the toilet leaves a lot to be desired. I requested a thorough cleaning, but it remained just as dirty. Overall, I was disappointed with this property.

Great location for the concert, friendly staff and clean facilities.

Edmund - front desk - was great! will comeback - everyone great!

Convenient location in downtown.

The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Fran, the bar supervisor, was absolutely fantastic. The PS speakeasy on the lower level was great and their Thursday night live jazz is a must.

Great location, staff was super nice and helpful! The hotel was very well maintained: clean; and slept great! Very comfy bed and pillows; always fresh.

The speakeasy was the only place where staff was nice. I have stayed at holiday inn cleaner and nicer than this "4star" bed is wet and look dirty it is and ice machine it is broken on every floor. When i want to front desk the guy in the white shirt was rude and acted like he didn't have time for us.

Attractive, well-located hotel! The room was quite nice with excellent bedding. The restaurants are great and convenient. Good gym and nice staff! Wonderful find!

As far as the room, the bathroom was dirty and I mean DIRTY! It looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months. I have pictures I will happily share. This is how dirty the floor was. It had an old contact lens amongst other dirt and grime around the sink and in the corners. The shower had mold growing in the corner. A little bit of bleach goes a long way! The towel knob was falling off the wall. The rest of the room seemed nice. They did not have an extra blanket in the room and I was told I was lucky to even get one when the front desk delivered one. It wasn’t a bad experience, just would have preferred for things to be cleaner. Ice machines did not work and no fridge in the room.

Clean and friendly would like to see the historic side

Great location in the heart of KC. Brief walk to Milwaukee Delicatessen which we love. The hotel is really pretty and steeped in history. We love that Hilton renovated and saved this piece of heritage for us to enjoy! The P.S. Speakeasy had amazing drinks and we loved the Jazz trio that was playing.

New school art deco hotel in heart of KS, highly recommend!
