Disappointing

Room was spotless and very well equipped. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and sheets were extremely soft. Room service menu in room was not accurate. Restaurant advertised happy hour but in reality there was no happy hour. Also, hotel advertised EV charging but it was actually in the adjoining public garage.

Good location, friendly staff

The front desk staff members were very helpful. Whenever we asked a question, they were friendly and informative. The air conditioning in the lobby was very very cold for us!

Room didn’t have cold water

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the atmosphere was also great. My 2 complaints were the outside of the windows were very dirty and the tv wasn’t a smart tv and I would’ve enjoyed it more if it was. Overall great stay, I will be staying here again!

Great location. Paid parking right next door if you choose not to use valet. Everything about the facility was lovely and clean. The breakfast was really great and worth the extra $30 we paid.

Great location, walking distance to t-mobile center. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was very nice and what I wanted. I didn’t like how dry it was in the room and wish I didn’t have to pay for parking.

Everything was so nice! The gentleman from behind the desk that checked us in actually walked with us all the way to the district to show us how to get there. It was very kind of him!
