cup. Location is exceptional- just a short block to the free Streetcar stop at Metro Center. It’s one stop to Power and Light which is also an easy walk, and the street car also takes you tot museums and the plaza. Staff were extremely helpful and checked in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Our room was clean and quiet and comfortable. We would 100 % stay here again.

Hotel Indigo in Downtown Kansas City offers superior service and a good location from which to explore the city. The rooms are well-furnished, the beds and pillows are great, and the bathroom is modern and in excellent condition. The valet service was particularly good and helpful during a busy time in the city (for a World Cup '26 match). Every staff person was helpful and courteous. There was not much to dislike about this hotel. Offering valet parking until midnight rather than 11:00 pm would be helpful. Oddly, the water in the sink wouldn't stay cold, but that wasn't a problem for us.

We stayed here one night as a family of four on our way through town. The hotel is very beautiful when you walk in and the rooms are nice and clean. I never sleep well in hotels, but this was an exception!

My room was very clean and beautiful! The decor was so nice and felt very high end. The staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful!! I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here when we came to Kansas City for the World Cup. The front desk staff was extremely friendly at check in and check out. Our room was comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. It was easily accessible to the free street car that took us to Fan Feast.

Hotel was nice and met the expectations. We unfortunately had a staff member enter our room while we were getting dressed which was of alarm.

We were in town for a concert and stayed here for the first time. It was a great hotel and we will stay here again.

I paid for parking through Expedia. Got to the hotel to find out they do not offer parking. Only valet. Which is not honored by the parking charge I chose during booking with Expedia.

This property was located in an area you could walk to restaurants. We were traveling with a small senior dog and was charge 75.00 for her to stay. We understand that there will be pet fees , but 75.00 is excessive. That’s the most we have ever paid . Very disappointing.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with excellent staff. Was there for a World Cup game and baseball game. From William at the front desk to Fransisco who took care of my valet and all the staff in the restauraunt they were all friendly and helful throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great staff and cool property - great location

Everything from the front desk to the valet, room and restaurant/bar was amazing!! The bed was comfortable the temps perfect! The shower setup caused water to get on the floor, which caused it to be slippery.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Loved the location and how quiet it was.

Great experience and easy check in with treat front desk staff ! Very clean and updated. Will stay again for the price .
