Everything was so nice! The gentleman from behind the desk that checked us in actually walked with us all the way to the district to show us how to get there. It was very kind of him!

I absolutely enjoyed my say here the front desk staff was so nice and helpful! The restaurant food was so good and Lauren at the Bar was wonderful and very attentive!!!!! I will stay here when I come back!!!!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They are personally dedicated to ensuring that you have a pleasant stay throughout. The beds are incredibly comfortable (great night's sleep), and the rooms are pretty nice and clean. Parking is particularly expensive (which is quite disappointing that there was not free parking for guests), but the garage is right next-door. Complementary breakfast is NOT provided, and if you do opt for breakfast, it is an additional large fee for each night of your stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel is great (if not a bit expensive), and I was provided free drink tickets for my birthday (a lovely surprise)! However, there are NOT smart TVs at this particular hotel - something I did wish I had known beforehand. It was not possible to stream or watch anything (besides regular cable). The TVs are a bit older and limited in their capability, so definitely bring a laptop if you are looking to unwind with a movie or show. That was disappointing (considering the expense of the room/expected amenities), but it a small issue. I did have a very nice stay here, but the next time I come to KC, I will likely seek a a hotel with on-site free parking, as well as additional amenities (standard complementary breakfast/better TV's). 10/10 for the A+ staff and amazing beds however! Happy travels!

We loved the general field of the hotel. The lobby was very welcoming. We liked that there was a little section for dogs. Also, our room was very spacious. We loved our whole experience.

Clean, great service, close to a lot of restaurants walking distance. Close to tram line (free).

Perfect location to city market and power and light district! Beautiful restaurant and bar in the property! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very accomodating!

I travel a lot for work and normally stay in short-term rentals, but needed to be downtown KC, so I stayed at the Indigo. What an amazing hotel experience. My room was super clean, with great views of the city. The hotel staff was super friendly, and the restaurant / bar downstairs was top-notch as well. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.

Such a charming hotel! The corner room we were in was so spacious!! We definitely will recommend and be back.

The front desk and the valet person were both very sweet and helpful! The hotel is darling and our room was spacious. The water in our room was never cold but always warm which was strange? Overall, it is a great hotel and the location is perfect!
