Everything was fabulous. My only complaint was that although check-in was at 3 pm, we had to wait in the lobby for an hour until our room was ready at 4.

Great place to stay! Within walking distance of Power and Light as well as T-Mobile!

Great hotel , convenient location

Clean property, large rooms, comfortable bed, good A/C. Safe location, close to Main St street car, Hemma Hemma dinette, Starbucks, nail salon. Always friendly valet/door person. Free wifi, Breakfast not inc.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Our room was very spacious although the view was looking into the parking garage next to us. The attached restaurant was very good for breakfast and getting coffee to go. Overall we enjoyed the hotel but there were a few things we didn't care for. Not sure the Valet service was really worth it if the nearby parking garages are cheaper. It's also only available from 7am to 11pm. It was frustrating that the hotel only sells their artisan water in small glass bottles for around $8 each. No regular water options available outside of tap water which when it's 90 degrees outside wasn't ideal for us.

Room decor also was rather dark with very small windows in the room. Otherwise. Staff and hotel location was great!

Room was spotless and very well equipped. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and sheets were extremely soft. Room service menu in room was not accurate. Restaurant advertised happy hour but in reality there was no happy hour. Also, hotel advertised EV charging but it was actually in the adjoining public garage.

Good location, friendly staff

The front desk staff members were very helpful. Whenever we asked a question, they were friendly and informative. The air conditioning in the lobby was very very cold for us!

Room didn’t have cold water

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the atmosphere was also great. My 2 complaints were the outside of the windows were very dirty and the tv wasn’t a smart tv and I would’ve enjoyed it more if it was. Overall great stay, I will be staying here again!

Great location. Paid parking right next door if you choose not to use valet. Everything about the facility was lovely and clean. The breakfast was really great and worth the extra $30 we paid.
