Had a great stay! Hotel was clean and well kept.

False charges. The room was disgusting. The staff was awful.

I also felt only supplying 1 towel for each guest was dumb. Sure you can call desk for more but have to ask front desk for everyone is weird. Just seemed to me that a upscale hotel as this could be doing a lot better. I mean we are not talking about a $100.00 per night hotel here. Way more than that. Do better!!!

Stayed on the 5th floor, no hot water until our second shower & it still took 10 min to get warm & apparently the fridge doesn’t turn on until you put something inside it but bye morning the things were cool not cold. Ice is available but all the way down to the front desk.

Beautiful historic hotel with lovely staff and jazz playing in the lobby. Location in a quiet area a bit away from the centre of the downtown action but still close by. KC exceeded all of our expectations and the hotel did too.

Nice historic hotel, great location. Breakfast wait staff not real friendly, expensive valet parking but quick service.

The property could use some vending or a little more of an expanded snack bar or in room mini-bar but this is a triviality since there were many restaurants within a few blocks. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Chose this place for its unique history and location. Was disappointed to say the least. The thermostat didn't work and despite repeated calls we slept in 80+ degrees. Housekeeping didn't fill empty body wash dispenser or restock water. Our traveling companion had a toilet that wouldn't flush. We had to change rooms at 10 pm. Not the usual quality of a Hilton

Quiet and comfortable. Loved the decor and classic downtown building. Issues with the Internet and TV.

Super comfortable room but it got super hot and when I called the front she really didn’t offer help. I asked for a fan which was not available, it’s a cool hotel overall just needs to fix some AC issues.

We were shocked by how luxurious this was for the price! We were there on a slow weekend and also managed to find free street parking.

The hotel was very nice. However, when we arrived, we were given a choice on parking. We could do either valet parking ot $39/night or parking in a public lot adjacent to the hotel at $15/night. Opting for the public parking, we were directed to that lot. Upon checking out, we discovered that our car was missing, in fact, stolen. We contacted the lot management to confirm that they did not have it towed. Since we paid, they did not. The hotel was not helpful in any way. We were on our own.

Hard to get ice. A/C wasn’t working in first room, had to switch.
