Unfortunately due to worldcup our check-in was late and staff was not empowered to make it up to guests . Staff was polite and professional but I think they were short staffed

Clean. Staff was friendly. Expeesso machine was broken for the whole weekend. The AC in the common area was too hot. Not all elevators working

Also, one little coffee pod in the room is not enough. I’d suggest at least 2 regular and 2 decaf minimum. The breakfast at the hotel is not really a breakfast. Need traditional offerings such as eggs or they shouldn’t call it a restaurant.

Location Breakfast was very continental breakfast for a big cost. They were so delayed that we did not even get to order any eggs, only very dry scrambled eggs that no one was eating

Nice hotel Room was cramped. Valet parking was non negotiable and outrageous and a hidden fee. No discounts for first responders or AARP given. Not impressed, will not stay here again

Very comfortable beds and a simple yet chic feel to the property. I loved it all! Apart from the price being so much higher for the cup which is understandable! Happy I planned ahead! I’m from Maui so I supposed I’m accustomed to expensive prices!

Stayed here for one night for the World Cup Argentina vs Algeria game. The hotel is packed with football fans. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I used the business center in the second floor after I checked out for a virtual meeting. It went smooth.
