Note that there is a small parking lot across the street reserved for hotel guests that has a nightly fee. There is construction going on in front of the hotel but there wasn’t active workers while we stayed. They do allow you to pull up in front of the doors to unload. There is a basic free breakfast that my husband enjoyed the first day. The only complaint my husband had was the hotel room door as it closes very quickly and was difficult to get through when bringing luggage in. You also had to be sure to really pull the door shut for it to close all the way. Overall this was a positive experience and a great location to get to surrounding attractions.

Convenient for the World Cup stay, easy to case the shuttle

The place was nice but we had to be moved rooms because the air conditioner was not working in our room. We talked to the front desk about this several times before being moved. However, they were very accommodating.

This hotel has a unique charm and was beautiful, with clean and well-maintained rooms and common areas. The gym was on the smaller side, and a few pieces of equipment were broken, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast wasn’t quite as good as at some other Hampton properties, but it still had enough variety to get the day started.

The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The only issue we had was it seemed like the AC didn't cool the room down enough to our liking. Otherwise, we definitely recommend staying here!

The layout of the room was really nice, very big and spacious, loved the bathroom and light I wish there was more options for lighting in the bedroom itself, especially for interior rooms that have no window of the outside.

Clean rooms and nice location. All was good

Overpriced for our World Cup visit. The staff was very helpful and friendly!
-
It was clean overall but our window looked out into the hallway which was odd to say the least.

Should make people aware that they will be across the street in a motel when booking occurs. If we wanted to stay in a motel 6 we would have booked that for a third of the cost since we didn’t use the theme park anyhow.

Maria seemed nice. We got a late checkout no charge til 12/30 No coffee? How ? You’re next to a Starbucks. Overcharged me for wrong hotel and no food or coffee.
-
Breakfast was not that good. Suggestions- better quality orange juice, quality scrambled eggs, add some hash brown or fried potato, better quality muffins, breads. non dairy creamers

Good service Good location

Everything was seemless. Check in, directions from staff, check out. Couldn't have been better. Nothing, actually.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodated us while their conference room was being reconstructed. We needed it for an interview and they alloted us a space. Great staff and great location.

This place is clean and conveniently located near the river market, it’s walkable. Not far from a street car stop and lots of nice restaurants and bars. Parking was easy and relatively well-priced. It may have been the weekend we stayed, but I felt like it was a little pricey, but I know I compared it to others before booking and it was probably the best deal. It was quiet, our room was spacious and comfortable, and everything worked properly. Besides a bit of veneer peeling off a night stand, it seems well-maintained. We will likely check rates and book this place again in the future.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay.
