Friendly staff and very clean hotel. Saw an amazing show right downstairs at Lonnie’s Reno Club! Fantastic weekend!

We loved our stay here. Great food in the restaurant. The staff was so helpful when we had questions about logistics. Close to jazz clubs. PT Coffee a short walk away was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had…

The area the hotel was located is somewhat run down, abandoned buildings, streetscape was poorly maintained. Not the hotel fault. Kansas City should invest in the area to make it more attractive. Kind of sad because the T-Mobile arena is 2 blocks away.

Pricy for what you get

Room was clean and well kept, but the AC in our room kept shutting off or just didn’t work. Even if it was finally blowing out cold air, the air was so muggy in our room. Definitely a moisture issue. Downstairs is very well AC’d but not the rooms. Other than that, a nice clean, safe place to stay within great distance of Power and Light District!

We had a great stay here. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room and lobby were beautiful and clean. We got dessert downstairs on the main floor and it was delicious. We will definitely be making this a regular stay when we go on our trips to KC.

The property was conveniently located near KCPL district and made for an easy walk to the venue. The staff were VERY pleasant and helpful. The rooms were a nice size. We had a beautiful stay!

The cleanliness was fine and the food was delicious. The service was good except there was no hot water therefore no shower.

Location, the bar, the room, the bathroom Lack of common sense lighting in the room. Had to have staff fix television issue.

They cancelled the reservation as a “duplicate” and made no effort to help restore us to what we had reserved.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend and had awesome experience. The room was clean and well furnished. The shower was large and had amazing water pressure and temperature! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Streetcar stop and we hopped on to visit the City Market on Saturday, at the suggestion of one of the bartenders. My only negative, is that I wish you could turn on the bathroom light without turning on the light above the vanity. Otherwise, our stay was amazing and we will be back!

Genuinely warm, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, well appointed and maintained rooms. Great location.

Great location. Very nice atmosphere. It’s a little pricey but the area is great from T-Mobile and Power and Lights. We’ve stayed here several times, but the best stay of all was during the NFL draft.
