I liked the location downtown. I liked the layout of the room. It was cute. The view outside my window. We were placed on the 2nd floor. When opening the window our view was blocked (both windows) by the fan and furnace outside. Also, they don’t serve breakfast- they have sandwiches, bagels. Etc and coffee for you to buy. It says there’s a microwave in the room, however there wasn’t. We were told we would have to use the microwave in the lobby.

The room was clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the hand held steamer. The parking lot was kind of a pain to find. After circling the block twice, I double parked to run in to ask where to go exactly.

The location was perfect for concert at TMobile Center.

Very clean and new. Sign needed on side of hotel. No real breakfast. Never saw restaurant really open. Staff was okay no real customer wow feeling interaction. Not even thanks for staying with us. You will receive an invoice via email was last comment.

No kitchen staff was unable to get room service of any kind, thin walls loud floor of people during my stay. Elevators offline at times. When booking it showed 92 a night for Friday night however when I upgrade both Fri and Sat night it jumped to 127.

Very nicely updated facility Getting into the building from the parking garage and having to walk around the building to check in at the front desk.

Location was amazing. We attended a concert right across the street and being able to just walk across the street after the event was incredible. Was expecting to pay around $260 based on booking and ended up paying about $315. Possibly more because of parking.

Love how close it is to the T Mobile center and other downtown restaurants/attractions!

This hotel is very quaint and cute. We must have come on a quiet night because we never encountered any other guests until check out, but we enjoyed the calm. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is top notch and everyone was so kind!! We didn’t get to enjoy the amenities like the bar because we stayed pretty busy in the city, but it looked very nice as well.

Everything was clean and was comfortable. The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the location of downtown so that was really convenient most things were walking distance. If you pay the extra for the parking they let you come and go as you please so that’s nice that’s it’s a one time charge. The few staff members that were helpful were amazing and very kind! I didn’t like that they charge extra for parking… everything you buy there is quite overpriced in my opinion but it is to be expected with a hotel of this price so I can’t say I’m surprised. Some of the staff I encountered seemed annoyed by me asking questions which was disappointing since it was my first time in Kansas City… They do charge another deposit that can be returned if everything is in good shape once you leave I didn’t see that on booking.com, but I might’ve missed it so just be aware of that.

The room was lovely for the price. Great staff. They allowed us to stay parked for an hour after check out to give us time to go for brunch. Because the shower was wheelchair accessible it was very easy for water to flow into the bathroom. I understand having a lower edge to facilitate wheelchairs, but the shower curtain was about 8 inches from meeting the shower floor. Also breakfast and parking were both not included.

The staff is very friendly and approachable. I was here for a conference, I waited till my flight in the lobby for quite some time, post check out as well. Great location too, very accessible.

Parking. There is no elevator to the basement parking garage. You have to take the stairs or if you have heavy luggage like me take the scenic route and walk in the parking lot down the ramp to the basement we're I parked to load my stuff. FYI it's a tight squeeze and be careful with the drivers.
