Stayed for one night during World Cup. Conveniently located near the power and light district, which made walking to bars at night easy. Staff were helpful and courteous. Free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, is room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are so nice and very friendly. The zone is okey, not too far from the downtown perfect for families. plus I really like the bathroom bc is very bright and to me the illumination is the best!!! and they have tv where you can watch the World Cup (I don't really remember the channel but it was between the 22 and 25) . I stayed here for 3 days for the World Cup and it's totally worth it. I didn't enjoy the breakfast bc Im usually a picky eater and they had scrambled eggs, bread, some fruit and cereals, coffee and juice (basic/normal breakfast). My family did have breakfast and they said that it was okey (good for the price), you always could go somewhere else if you want. (the cinnamon s rolls were REALLY GOOD). and I also pay $30 for packing which It wasn't that bad but I could be cheaper IDK.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, and the location is awesome!

Also didn't appreciate the fire drill that woke us up early in the morning.

Neat and In a great location. Want better parking

Very clean. Great breakfast. Lucky was extremely kind and understanding and helpful. Only thing thing we really didn't like is the $30 parking fee PER night. The hotel is already pretty speedy per night and parking is not included. Also the random false alarm that woke us up on Monday morning asking for everyone to evacuate. The alarm was screaming so loud for 20 minutes and it was a false alarm.

The front desk lady, Smiley was so helpful and very nice. All the staff were great. The hotel smelled AMAZING! The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. The washing machine was out of order.

Would stay here every single time I get the chance!!

Location is great. Hotel doesn't have any vending machines and the lobby has some snacks but not much varieties.
