It was clean and convenient to the restaurant that we were going to. Breakfast was nice, as well. Cost of parking.

The room was nice and it had a great view but the ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor and no one told us. Also some of the lights didn't work in my room. And the bodywash in the shower was not filled in my room. And parking was $30 extra per day. That was not mentioned when I booked it.

We stayed in room 403. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Breakfast was decent. Management kept checking to make sure everything was good. The only minor issue is the tub faucet wasn’t tight to the wall. This didn’t cause any issues and seemed largely cosmetic. Would stay at again.

for our first time staying at this hotel to attend a concert at the T-Mobile Center I would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Very close within walking distance from T-Mobile Center. Staff was very friendly, hotel is very clean and bed was very comfortable.

The location is perfect for concert at T Mobile Stadium. Great rooms and amenities. Week days food trucks in front of hotel. Staff was excellent! Loved the young lady working the front desk. An asset to your company. Thank you, I will be back.

Safe and clean. AC worked well throughout the lobby and room when it was exceptionally hot and muggy outside. Lobby smelled strongly of perfume all of the time. Staff was friendly/polite by coastal big-city standards, but fairly impersonal by midwest/southern standards. Elevator was painfully slow. Parking (not included in the online price I paid) felt pretty expensive for a midwest city.
