Reviews

Everything was smooth and had what we needed.
-
Not as clean as I would expect with visible stains on shower curtain, bed sheets.

I had a really enjoyable stay here. The staff were all so lovely, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. They made me feel very welcome and were always happy to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Nice breakfast. Nice balcony. Room was very clean. Staff helpful. Streetcar right outside the front door. Would stay again.
-
Comfortable clean room, good services w many amenities, good breakfast variety and is located very conveniently in front of the electric streetcar.
-
Location and very helpful staff
-
“ nothing you can do about it” however it could be disclosed in good conscience when patron is given room facing Main St. Street noise was almost like it was in the room, so loud and seemingly no noise insulation on building at all. There are common building materials that would have gone a long way to alleviate the noise. Impossible to get any rest and or sleep. Would have happily paid fee to not stay here and stay at quiet place if I would have been informed of the excessive noise ahead of time.
-
Room was a little dirty and the curtains were broken so we could not block the light out from the street at night. But the convenience of the property to the T Mobile Event Center was great.
-
Good location for the streetcar and the districts
-
It was close to the heart of downtown and clean! The parking situation. It’s a parking lot across the street from the hotel, not close enough for me but it might be ok for someone else!
-
We really enjoyed the helpfulness of the front desk staff, housekeeping, and the breakfast manager.. The food was great 👍 and delicious. We will be returning for another stay. We will also recommend this hotel ro any and all we know going to Downtown KC for a visit
-
The corridors and room smell like marijuana and when you tell the staff they laugh, terrible...
-
The good…parking included in a light up lot across the street. The hotel was nicely decorated and things worked…however…I was greeted with attitude when I arrived to check in by the girl at the front desk (night staff - daytime staff was fine). She was giving everyone attitude. I reserved a room with double beds and got one bed and sofa bed. Room smelled musty, floor felt dirty, sheets smelled like bleach. No one came to clean our room while we were there for 3 nights. Just took trash and gave us towels and toilet paper as she proceeded to listen to music on her headphones. Breakfast was not good either, everything was dry and hard. The afternoon front desk girl that spoke Spanish is amazing, having Starbucks on premises helped our stay.

Wonderful World Cup International Vibe!
-
Great location right on main street in front of a streetcar stop. We had an early check in with no issues
-
Check in process was good but we got to our room and our balcony door was open so it was very muggy in our room. The AC couldn’t catch back up. The shower had 3 baby streaks coming out of it so it was not a good shower. The breakfast was good. The elevator wasn’t working, wouldn’t let you push buttons to go to floor so we used the other or the stairs for our stay.
-
The closeness to many of the attractions we wanted to see and having the trolley stop right in front. Parking. Having to park across the street and having to load and unload our luggage. Beds were not comfortable, besides a few staff members the ones I dealt with were quite cold and not friendly. Also having personal conversations which shouldn’t be talked about in front of guests.

Clean room. Staff were very friendly!

It was a excellent stay and everything was wonderful I liked everything
-
The price was a lot, but if it could go to the person that cleaned my room (crazy I know, but it was just the best welcome) then I would pay it again.
