Clean room. Staff were very friendly!

Walked in and the room just smelled splendidly clean. This was my favorite moment. Walking in after a long trip and being welcomed with such cleanliness. The price was a lot, but if it could go to the person that cleaned my room (crazy I know, but it was just the best welcome) then I would pay it again.

The location was very good and the bed was excellent. The breakfast was limited, and there weren't enough tables to sit at because everything was full.

The ladies at check in were very friendly and helpful.

The room was awesome! Huge room, fit me my husband, our two boys and daughter in a pack and play. Along with a great prize through booking. The balcony was great! Continued to run out of towels, had to continue to ask for more towel. Didn’t give us pillows with the hide away bed. Had to ask for several things where it’s normally already available in the room.

Arrived only to find out that my room I booked was not available staff tells me happens all the time when booking through a 3rd party like it was no big deal .Put me in another cheaper room with 2 queens no balcony or view and tv didn’t work which they knew after I confronted the staff about it. No compensation on my room was offered!! Was not a good experience!!!

Really enjoyed this stay. The staff were very nice considering a mixup with overbooking, but thankfully I was able to keep my reservation without any added stress. We came from about 8 hours away and were treated super nicely. Room and lobby were spotless, and also made it even nicer than we were only 5 minutes away from our venue! Also, Starbucks being in the building - HUGE PLUS.

The room was fine but the halls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.
