The location was great and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was fantastic

There were plenty of great food options at the hotel. We were there for a world cup game so there was a bit of a wait for seating at their restaurant or for coffee at their coffee shop on a day or two, but it was much better than expected. Between the great staff, many seating options throughout the lobby, and other amenities the hotel provided, it was a great and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed dinner at the 1587 Prime restaurant on site and then taking a walk downtown afterwards. The area felt very safe! We used the onsite parking and appreciated having a covered and secure location to park.

Room was small and the bathroom was poorly designed- no working vent which made it super humid. There were shower curtains, no dividing wall for the toilet and cheap shampoo/ soap. Expected more from a hotel that brands itself a luxurary hotel.

This is a great hotel walking distance from the Power and District neighborhood in downtown KC. It is a high rise with over 20 floors so nice view on the higher up rooms. Very nice rooms with super comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. Lowe’s has become one of my favorite chain hotels.

Great hotel. Fantastic location. Power and Light and downtown only a few minutes walk. Streetcar stop also only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was nice. Lobby bar was lively and had a nice atmosphere due to being the world cup. As did the rooftop bar which was a nice way to end the evenings. Overall an exceptional stay.

Wonderful 2-night stay. Early check-in was a breeze. Location one street way to free streetcar stop, Power and Light district, and restaurants. Self-Parking good and attached to hotel. Lobby was good. All staff friendly and helpful with a smile. Great customer service. Ability to text staff. Responsive. Clean. Comfortable rooms. Great view in room on 7th floor. Would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was not included. Long lines for breakfast bakery in the hotel. They did provide alternative options outside of the hotel which was helpful. No microwave in the room.
