An average stay - at luxury prices. The boutique hotels try harder and it shows. Loews is decent and large but the NOISE was impossible to sleep, and the staff were basic. Zero assistance getting a restaurant reservation at an adjoining place?? Meh. Won’t be back but it was “clean and convenient” to downtown.

Every aspect of the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived, making check-in effortless. Our room was extremely clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The on-site dining and drinks were a major highlight. The sports bar area is fantastic, featuring exposed silver ventilation pipes and vibrant blue ambient lighting that gives it a lively, modern energy—making it an ideal spot to grab a drink, socialize, and watch a game. Just steps away, the lobby bar serves as a stunning architectural centerpiece, featuring towering, illuminated circular liquor displays that create a sophisticated, luxurious environment. Relaxing on the comfortable leather sofas there with a glass of Malbec was the absolute perfect way to wind down. The food was excellent across the board. I cannot find a single thing wrong with this hotel. It is definitely one of the best franchise hotels I have ever stayed at, and we will absolutely be going back.

Love staying here when staying in KC. Great rooftop bar, staff is amazing, and the rooms are comfortable.

Be careful, they charged me for tax at checkout. I’d paid all fees at booking. I was reimbursed.

Staff are the absolute best!

Clean, great size room, most staff were nice, but Dev at the front desk at check out refused to listen, was dismissive, and rude. He re-asked questions in a condescending way that were already answered for him if he listened but because I wasn’t dressed up at 6 am checkout, I guess I didn’t deserve good service. Ended my stay on a sour note.

The hotel was one of the most cleanest hotels I’ve ever seen everyone was nice we ordered room service the food was amazing
