I did not get any heads up about the check in process......no humans. Also the front lobby/bar/first floor is under renovations, so it is in the door and to your room. There are some parking garages not too far away. Only 3 hour parking on the streets 7 am to 5 pm or something like that. My room did not have a TV. Bed was comfortable. Guessing once they get their act together it will be nice. There was another $50+ dollar of fees collected by the hotel that was not part of hotels.com so their price on the website vs what I paid felt very much like bait and switch, as I had realized in total it would be that much I would have stayed at a nicer hotel........oh well. FYI - there is fair amount of street noise if you are a light sleeper.

I really enjoyed my stay at No Vacancy! I stayed in Studio 5 and the room was beautiful. I loved that it felt like I was staying in my own loft downtown. The location is great & I never had an issue finding street parking right by the hotel entrance (or just around the corner from it). I will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. Regardless, it didn’t ruin our stay just something to improve upon for quality guest experience.

No Vacancy Studios are a cool Loft vibe stay. They have a nice common room for guests to chill and hangout and an outdoor deck if the weather is right. The location is central and very walkable. Just a block or 2 from the street car. The only negative is there is a cocktail lounge on the front corner of the building below the Studios so you can hear the music on weekends. I would suggest getting Studio 8 if you can!

Cool vibe. Pleasant communal space. Great bar. No reception made it feel a bit inhuman, and it was a small bit loud (though they had warned that)

We had a wonderful time. Great communication ahead of stay. Loved the property and the common area amenities. The only downside for me was I like dark rooms when I sleep and the windows only had sheer curtains and the street lights are on outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I did not stay at the property did you weather. I incurred all types of extra charges that I did not see when booking, travelers beware!
