Pool is really dirty. The walls need to be cleaned. The sofa in my room was dirty as well. There was vomit on it. The sheets in my bed were stained. It made me think there had been used and never changed. Fridge didn't work properly and bathroom sink kept licking water every 10 seconds.

Hotel bar was really good with their drinks. Food was meh. We had fish and chips and something else that was so boring I can’t recall what it was. Stick to drinks only!! The walkways to other areas make it worth a try for that convenience but I’d try another next time, for sure.

For the ridiculous price of the room you would think breakfast would be complimentary. No makeup remover wipes in the room. Parking is very expensive. We only stayed here because of a convention.

It was in a convenient location. The hotel was beautiful, and It was large enough for our conference.

Location is nice, staff friendly and helpful but won't budge on late checkout even for Bonvoy members. Climate controls are right under the unit so the temperature on one end is vastly different from the other side

Couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay! From check in to the very nice room on the 39th floor to the nice bar & food options! Will stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful. The Link to the crown center was really nice! It was quiet! We barely saw any other people. And the staff was super friendly. We could not get it cool enough in our room. We were on the 22nd floor and it was just sooo hot in there. We turned the thermostat down but it wouldn’t get cool. That is our only complaint.
