Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center

Its nice I booked a room, breakfast included but why we paid for breakfast i dont get it.

Great location! Plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. The hotel itself had great amenities and a nice bar onsite.

Spectators was quite good with the best staff!! When checking in the young gentleman could have been friendlier!!

It was a nice place with a good restaurant in it. Also the walk way to the mall was really nice.

This property is in a great location, easy to walk to transportation, and multiple things to do in the area.

My reservation was not updated from Engine to Marriott. The hotel had no record of my arrival. They were kind and created a reservation, but check in was stressful.

We had a conference there, and it is a very nice, clean, and easily accessible space. Loved my room and how quiet it was.

It’s great and public transportation and a place to shop walk through the hotel see the mall the housing was great good staff no microwave in the room but great people and place

For the price if the hotel the amenities were lacking. Everything was closed or closed super early. They made the parking very hard to do you scan a code and pay $34 a day but still have to call everytime you want out the gate because it takes 24 hours to be put in the system and then it kicks you out 24 hours before your time is up. It was very frustrating. They kept saying was going to charge card $50 for incidentals as a hold but was actually holding much more, i would have been fine with that but be honest about it. No extra towels. The bed was like sleeping on bed springs and i woke up early and sore every day. The pillows are just air that flatten as soon as you lay on them.

Excellent and comfortable hoyel

Check-in was great, I wish I could remember the name of who helped us as he was really nice. The concierge and valet guys were all nice too. Past that, most of the other staff we interacted with had poor customer service. The room wasn't stocked with linens to use the pull out bed, parts of room were still dirty, couch sagged heavily in middle. Parts of hotel are nice, parts are falling apart and need to be renovated. Wouldn't stay here again for the price and lack of customer service, only draw was really the connection to Crown Center and Union Station.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so courteous. We asked for a feather free room and everything was taken care of before we arrived. The rooms were a good size with a good view. The pool area is run down with tiles missing in the pool and it’s small for the size of the hotel. There wasn’t a lot of choices to eat and the food in the restaurant was decent, but not great. Overall, we would definitely still go back.

Yes. Asked for directions to Waffle House. Was told they were dumps. Was directed somewhere else. I still went to Waffle House
