Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so courteous. We asked for a feather free room and everything was taken care of before we arrived. The rooms were a good size with a good view. The pool area is run down with tiles missing in the pool and it’s small for the size of the hotel. There wasn’t a lot of choices to eat and the food in the restaurant was decent, but not great. Overall, we would definitely still go back.

Yes. Asked for directions to Waffle House. Was told they were dumps. Was directed somewhere else. I still went to Waffle House

Room was older, smelled like mold, ac didn’t work very well. Shower was dirty, missing hand soap. Property was pretty dated which I don’t mind but I do mind paying a premium price for a subpar property. The restaurant food was good though, service was ok at best.

Couch was dirty everything else bed and bathroom were clean. Small room. We didn't like the 2 doors connected to other rooms.

The hotel staff was super accommodating, they had a nice little gift shop that had necessities we forgot to pack. They allowed us to check in early, and our room was pristine. Will stay again!

Our stay was in the executive suite. The lounge in our suite had stains of some sort. The walls appeared to be dirty and while using the Vending ice machine area trashcan was full. The exterior had beer cans outside of the building on the walkway and in the parking lot, the trash cans were overflowing. We had a purpose for going there which we did accomplish which made for a fabulous evening. The swimming pool area is on the rough side with tiles missing from the pool and a horrible dirt ring that surrounds the pool itself at the water level. There are a lot of maintenance issues that are overlooked at this hotel.

Pool is really dirty. The walls need to be cleaned. The sofa in my room was dirty as well. There was vomit on it. The sheets in my bed were stained. It made me think there had been used and never changed. Fridge didn't work properly and bathroom sink kept licking water every 10 seconds.

Hotel bar was really good with their drinks. Food was meh. We had fish and chips and something else that was so boring I can’t recall what it was. Stick to drinks only!! The walkways to other areas make it worth a try for that convenience but I’d try another next time, for sure.
