La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kansas City Beacon Hill

Free parking for this location is great. The room has what is needed for a week stay but the fridge was excessively noisy, the windows don’t open, and the floor to my room was improperly cleaned prior - so it was uncomfortable to deal with.

Floors were gross in our room. Needed vacuumed and swept.

There was a used wash cloth in the bathroom and a bottle of cleaner on the sink.

The hotel and room were good but the privacy curtain in the room was falling off the rod and the air conditioner was so loud you didnt want to run it while trying to sleep. Location was very convenient for what we were in town for. Continental breakfast was good.

One definite negative was the area. Nothing was in walking distance. When I arrived at the hotel, it was 8pm and I had not eaten dinner. Nothing was around the hotel to grab something quick. The staff was always talking on their cell phones while working; quite unprofessional. It was not an inexpensive hotel and next time to KC, I will find a different hotel.

Everything was good our shower didn’t have any pressure so taking a bath sucked. But the staff and everything else was good

The staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom did not particularly smell great, possibly smoked in?, and overall detailed cleanliness was lacking. It wasn’t as nice as my previous stays in a same 1 king bed room at this location.

Clean room

Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was good, and its located pretty close to a lot of stuff to do.

Convenient location for KC tourists but requires a car to get around the city. Really could not walk to many sites. Lots of hills in KC!

The bed was comfy No hand soap, no body wash and no shampoo was in the bathroom and didn’t know until in the shower.

Location, clean and safe

Easy check in online. The wait time when we got there was ridiculous. The attendant at The desk saw us standing there for more than 10 minutes and didn't acknowledge us whatsoever. Also the housekeeping staff tried coming in our room 4 times when we chose a specific check out time. Then when we went to leave they were sitting outside our room waiting for us to leave. Honestly, who does that?

We had a great stay! Very clean, very comfortable and great staff!!!

Only thing that takes it down from 5 stars is the fact that nothing anywhere between their website and Experian told us about a 100$ deposit when we arrived. Fortunately we had the 100$ but if we didn't it would have been terrible...

All the staff are superb from reception, cleaners, catering staff. Breakfast being included was fantastic and the variety was fantastic, constantly being topped up by staff. The actual room incredibly spacious, and not far from arrowhead or central areas.
