The property is clean, well-maintained and fairly new. It’s centrally located and a great value for the money.

I love everything about this hotel! First always the staff!! Always smiling, helpful and friendly! Never ever had a negative experience with staff!

However the AC unit in the room was very loud/dated, and staff were regularly smoking cannabis outside the main entry at 10am. Not a great look, esp for those traveling with children.

The only reason for the 4 star review is that the shampoo in the shower was empty, and the shower itself was not pristine. It WAS clean, but the corners need some "love"

Very clean despite how busy they were. Stayed during the World Cup games, but the place was still very clean. It helps that it looks like it’s a newer hotel.

However, we didn’t think the room was clean specifically the floors were dirty in the whole room. We’d give it a 3/5, but ideally would stay somewhere cleaner.

The breakfast was fine. The lobby was clean. Employees were smoking outside of the door. Both of the chairs in my room were stained. No handsoap in the bottle on the sink. Burns and scars on the furniture. Chipped paint on the wall. I was offered another room and there was WHITE STUFF on the chair in that room too!!!

Clean and comfortable property, that was in a good location to downtown KC.

The front desk was amazing! They were very helpful. We went during one of the World Cup games and you wouldn't have known, we didn't have any issues with the breakfast or parking even with the hotel being fully booked. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, and water was hot. It was quiet. The breakfast had traditional hotel breakfast items but it was really good and there was plenty of it. I would definitely book here again just based on the cleanliness and hotel staff!

They do not have pullout couches or roll away beds. We needed three sleeping surfaces.

Great place to stay on a road trip.

I loved everything except the dispensers in the bathroom didnt work. Shampoo, hand soap...nothing would come out when I pumped them. Otherwise, fabulous stay!
