La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kansas City Beacon Hill

So I thought I booked in Olathe and somehow it booked to beacon hill! I know I did n couldn’t cancel, so anyway, on business travel.. 1of my trucks was broken into! Wouldn’t recommend staying here let alone a La Quinta.

Hotel was in a good location, and the staff was friendly and professional.

This is a newer hotel. Fresh, clean and contemporary. Great location, very near to mid town and downtown.

Clean room, nice area, close to plenty of places to eat. Helpful staff. Parking was very limited.

Conveniently located off the interstate. Neighborhood was walkable in the early morning. Great breakfast. Night staff was amazing - making it through a power outage that impacted all of downtown - due to a thunderstorm.

The girl that checked us in both times was so nice and helpful.

Hotel charges 200$ even if you have a service animal and takes away deposit claiming you left room dirty

Clean rooms and helpful staff

The air conditioning was so loud you could not sleep even when it wasn’t running it was loud. We were in room 213. Everything else was great

Breakfast is very basic, like everywhere.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Refrigerator not working properly so I didn't use it. Parking spaces were too narrow. Full free breakfast was good. I've stayed there before and would stay again.

Any problem staff was on it

My reservation was canceled by the hotel when I missed the check in window. I did not stay at this hotel because the cancelation did not permit me to stay
