Comfort Inn Kansas City

Had a window that open the layout is really functional and nice Beds could’ve been more comfy

Location was perfect, as it was close to the people we wanted to visit and activities we chose to do. Bathroom was a little small

Good location, good price, free breakfast The elevator was very sketchy but otherwise good stay.

Beds and rooms comfortable and updated. Housekeeping could be a bit better; dust on fixtures, fake eyelash remnants left on sink area.

The staff was semi friendly and the coffee was available all day and night. If you are not driving, it's not a very walkable location. My room didn't really have a window, so it was pretty dark.

Shower did not work, rooms were clean but not done well. Continental breakfast was a joke, they never had enough food to accommodate all guests.

Sticky floors, shower had no power, just overall very poor.

No shower curtain someone speaking in the stairwell loudly at 3:00 in the morning

Breakfast had a large variety and the seating area was very spacious.

Breakfast was poor. Very little fresh food available. Scrambled eggs were setting in water? Gravy w/ no bisects. Cold cereal was all sweetened nothing of actual nutritional value. Coffee was not good. Staff was completely disconnected. Could not check in until desk clerk finished his "phone session." When needing something could not get a response in English. Very disappointing.

Nothing The desk clerk was rude and unfriendly. I got to the room even though the bed was made there was Marijuana on the floor by bed. The room had a funny smell which was very unpleasant. My husband and I decided not to stay we went to eat and decided not to stay and drive the 2 hours back home.

Comfortable bed AC didn't work, lights beside bed didn't work so room was not well lit, no available wifi

Room and facility was clean, beds were comfortable, water pressure was great. Bathroom door didn't quite shut in room. Parking spaces were too short for even regular cars.

Checking in the staff was rude telling me they couldn't find my reservation. Provided them with my confirmation number and then just looked at me saying nope we still can't find it. Didn't ask for an additional information didn't try to help problem solve it just through their hands in the air. Obviously they were able to find it.They just weren't looking properly.

Location A little cold

Breakfast was hot and filling. Location was good. Renovation was not complete yet. Parts of the room were in need of repair.

The breakfast was good, the location was perfect. Difficult to get into with traffic on that main road
