The receptionist Mark spit on my cards to try and activate it (idk why he thought that was appropriate). The house keepers don’t come in to replace the toilet paper or towels or change the trash cans. Food was okay and the elevator works well. AC was nice and fresh.

I don’t remember the name of the guy who was working very early in the morning, but he was very kind. Even though he didn’t have to, he let us take something for breakfast. We really appreciated his kindness.

I had a wonderful stay. Very clean and quiet room. No cigarette smell. Breakfast was hot and filling. Outside of motel, was well taking care of, and clean. Very nice place to stay. I will be going back, in the future, we loved our stay.

While the lady at the desk was exceptional I had a few problems. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I’m 49 and my son is 26 and we both woke up with stiff backs. Also, we didn’t use them, but the extra blankets in the closet were obviously used and just tossed on the shelf. Also the fridge didn’t get very cold. I wouldn’t trust it to keep food safe.

Front desk clerk Eric was absolutely no help in trying to get me a partial refund for my last day of my stay. I didn’t need the room the last day and was out before noon. All other parents of the baseball team were able to get rufunds at their hotels since our tournament ended early. I will keep this in mind next time I book for a baseball tournament

Price increased 200% for Friday/Saturday night versus Thursday. Don’t pay 3 digits. Stay somewhere else if it costs more.

We probably will not stay at again and will pay a few bucks more for a better experience.

The breakfast was excellent and so was the location. Air conditioner wasn't working correctly.
