Nice rooms

Front desk check in is a disaster. The 2 gentlemen visited back and forth about their phones for a few minutes as I stood at the desk. Then one took the time to ask if I was checking in. Lol. Nope just standing here with a couple bags and my id in hand. Then asked questions and didn’t listen for the answers. Terrible customer service. And the place is dirty and had 2 lights out in the room.

The staff were so friendly and the pool was perfect! Everything was amazing. The parking was a little tight and I wished breakfast started sooner since we had to leave so early but that’s normal!

Front desk person when we checked in wasn't very friendly. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were older and not very comfortable. We had a double-queen room, but the beds seemed smaller than a regular queen. They were more like full-sized. Luckily, it was just me and my husband, so we could split up.

The bathroom also appeared unclean, and I ended up having to clean and bleach the bathroom myself just to feel comfortable using it. For the price of the stay, I expected a basic level of cleanliness and sanitation upon arrival. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The room should have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being given to a guest.

Mediocre but OK. Breakfast: Nice fruit selection. Coffee is only available from the push-button machine and it was awful. Overall cleanliness. We had a suite. The throw pillows on the couch were filthy, I didn't want to touch them. We ended up disinfectant-wiping a few hard surfaces (coffee table and desk) for our personal items. The TV was gross. Thankfully we only needed 1 night. We met someone in the lobby seating area and had the same issue with the filthy throw pillows. They were so dirty, I moved them from the chairs and couches by touching a little as possible, then went to wash my hands.

Friendly staff and very comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious with much variety. The only negative was the pool is starting to show its age.

Was very quiet and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good - cubed potatoes, French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage patties/links. Very convenient location to visit Legends and Morton amphitheater in Riverside. Which is why I chose this location.

Fairly clean, maintenance repairs were done poorly over the years and it shows.

Conveniently located, clean & comfortable room, laundry facility so went home with clean clothes in our suitcase. Early check-in accommodated for a small fee. This was extremely helpful as we arrived in the area way earlier than anticipated.

Staff was friendly at check in, breakfast was good each.

Stay was good, stayed on top floor.

Well maintained and located very near the renaissance festival wich was great for us.Staff is friendly and helpful. It is also in a well lit quite are despite being very close to the hyway. It's is Avery safe location as well. We will definitely look to stay here in the future anytime we are in the KC area.
