Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Kansas City at The Legends

Are original room wasn’t ready when we went to check in at 4 and then he kept having to relook me up because he would stop helping me to help someone else. And everytime we flushed the toilet in our room it smelt like sewer

Very comfortable, pristinely clean. Check in staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely stay again.

Terribly thin walls can hear everything upstairs and in the hallway beds uncomfortable and pillows were bad one side flat the other lumpy like it was put in a dryer. Bathtub had rust and the water was almost slimy and had a smell. Will not return

The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a continental breakfast

We were not impressed with breakfast. The guy working the breakfast was not efficient at replacing items. When we couldn't find the guy working the breakfast area, we asked the lady at the front desk about getting help in the breakfast area she acted like it wasn't her problem.

El lugar fue bueno, lo único fue que no se podian cerrar las cortinas y el señor al que estaba en su momento la ayuda fue un poco nula.

Very quiet and helpful staff.

Rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and it was very convenient location for baseball tournaments at the Homefield complexes.

we checked out on july 7 @ 7:40am and had a terrible experience from the front desk. She needs to undergo seminar for she is a shame to the management. She is so rude.

The breakfast wand gym were good

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. I would still stay here again though. Thanks for a great stay!

A nice hotel. Not there long enough to use the amenities. The breakfast had enough of what we normally eat & was good & hot.
