Staff was helpful when asked, but not proactive. For example, the towels in the pool area were always out, and when we requested some only got a handful that were immediately used. There were also gnats/fruit flies everywhere.

The main reason we stayed at this hotel was it was right next to Sporting KC stadium. However, the room was humid and made the beds wet and there was nothing we could do to take the wet out of the bed. Also, the door wouldn't close all the way so you had to close it yourself. I wouldn't plain on staying at this hotel again.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I haven’t ever been to a hotel, where the shower turned on by pulling an extended piece down from the spout. Interesting and worked well. The breakfast menu was very fresh and the highlight were the waffles, they were made with the perfect batter that left them soft and yummy.

Elevators and air conditioners did not work. Staff was not helpful in rectifying the problems.

Room good and comfortable. Elevator not working. Laundry worked but it wasn’t charging you for a washing load. The next day the washing machine was “out of order”. Then I had to drive a 40 mile round trip to go to a laundry mat.

Smell of mold and wet feet made the stay barely bearable

Staff was unhelpful about rooms and the television did not work. No elevator, no television, and poor staffing are all issues for them. The manager was training a new person and told everyone that no manger could help anyone.

I booked this hotel because it had a water slide and I was travelling with my grandkids. The slide was not working and they didn't tell us until after we had checked in. Also, the room we stayed in smelled like mold.
