When I brought these problems to the front desk, the staff member was rude and argumentative and acted as though they didn’t care. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told the manager wasn’t on the premises. No one offered a helpful solution. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I’ll be contacting corporate to report how these issues were handled.

The room was nice and clean, very comfortable. We didn't receive room service on the last day of our stay, I'm guessing because the elevator wasn't operable. The elevator didn't work the last 2 days of our stay. We were on the 3rd floor and it was a bit of a pain climbing the stairs. It was even more of a pain carrying our luggage down the stairs when we left. The bed was okay but you could feel the springs in the mattress.

Very easy to get too. Room was very clean. Definitely can tell things have been upgraded.

The elevator wasn't working the 2 days we were there. Our room was musty smelling like they're was poor ventilation . Room was clean, staff was friendly.

Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast person all excellent. Hallway ceiling leaked and was being worked on. Weight room closed due to ceiling leak flooded room. Hot tub and pool very clean and good. Carpet in room left my white socks dingy. Room A/C good, no problems. No suitcase rack in room but was supplied by front desk after being requested. Bathroom dark due to only one light high up in ceiling. Mirror light very dim. Shaving and make-up difficult due to dim light. Bathroom sink square, very adequate and deep. Shower (in accessible room type) splattered water all over bathroom floor. Had to mop up with towels. Housekeeping was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Bed linen clean. Nice long desk with built in shelf was great. Accessible room type had no additional chair other than desk chair. Had to sit on bed to watch TV. Iron in closet but no ironing board. Closet looked like still being caulked and not finished being painted. Parking abundant out front. No front driveway off street to hotel. Had to come around from back side of hotel from side street. Did not check for wired internet in room but did have small desk in lobby with computer and printer that was very easy to use. Fridge and microwave worked good. Single cup coffee maker and hair dryer in room.

The text said housekeeping would service the room every third day but they never came to take out trash, replenish toilet tissues or replace towels. Breakfast was okay, better than just continental. Loved the weekend night shift desk rep's compassion and friendly.

The hotel was nice and the room was large and clear. My only negative was that we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. We were there for three nights so we got our exercise hauling our luggage up and down. Had I known the elevator was inoperable I would have booked elsewhere

The rooms have just been remodeled and everything is really nice in them. The staff is super friendly.

I was hiding from a abusive husband and the front desk told his how many. Nights I was staying and what room I was in. And he came up and pushed me on the floor and came in yelling at me. Nobody should be telling what guest are there and especially the room number.

The ONLY issue I had, is I woke up and noticed ants all over the TV stand that were not there (that I noticed) when I arrived the night before. I don’t think my chipotle bag would have attracted ants that quickly. But you never know I guess. I did tell the front desk they might want to spray. Their elevators were down, and she asked if I was OK being on the third floor in case of wheelchair/elderly arrived. And I said absolutely fine! Doesn’t hurt me to take stairs :) it was just nice that the gal actually asked me and was taking into consideration of older people and handicapped.

Convenient location. You could tell recent remodels had taken place. Everything was upgraded and provided great value for the stay.
