Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kansas City at Village West, KS

Looked like a recently renovated hotel. Very clean and perfect for where we needed to be.

We will definitely come back to this hotel…

Staff was friendly. Picked the hotel for other reasons but one was for how good the reviews were on the breakfast. We were disappointed in the breakfast. Actually only ate there one morning out of four. That cost us extra money to buy breakfast elsewhere that we hadn't budgeted on. Otherwise happy with the hotel.

Very clean and breakfast was outstanding!

Location was great! Room was big! Pool was nice. The smoking right by the door was a big turn off the minute we arrived at the property. The parking lot was in need of work. The big parking lots near it were very run down making your look worse.

Its always clean with a nice sized pool and hot tub. The breakfast is great, and so is the location. The fire alarm system went off at 2:45 AM, and we didn't get back into our rooms until a little after 4 AM. There was no major apology, discount, or coupon of any kind offered. When we asked about it over the phone, they acted like they didn't care. It was upsetting because we always liked that hotel.

Location to the Azura Amphitheater was perfect- basically a straight shot, 5 minutes away. A lot of nearby shops and chain type restaurants.

Very clean hotel in a great area. Price was amazing for the weekend compared to the other hotels around. I was very surprised I was given a king room with a bedroom. I could wake early and do my morning routine without waking my husband. Very pleased with the entire stay. I loved my whole experience

Good location Our toilet quit working but staff helped to switch out our room without any problems. :)

Location was great for us. A lot of shops and restaurants close by/walking distance even. The rooms were spacious and clean. Sports stadiums were in eyesight of the rooms also. They were renovating when we stayed there so it was a lot of workers and furniture around everywhere.

Clean rooms. Could have gotten a senior citizen discount if I would have booked directly through the hotel

I never stayed I called and canceled my reservation and the hotel staff totally ignored my request and marked me as a no show and changed me for the entire stay. Booking.com calked and sent emails and to this very day there has been no response. I’m filing a complaint for the fraudulent charges The hotel staff is totally incompetent how could they just ignore my request to cancel and charge me for the entire stay!
