Clean room staff and breakfast

The breakfast was not good at all, the sausage tasted like cardboard and the eggs were watery. Room was clean, parking was good. Location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent breakfast! Very nice room! This room was so nice I wish we were staying longer! The pool/hot tub were nice. Everything was clean. The showers are nice. Absolutely no complaints.

The facility is clean, quick and easy check in, only stayed for one night.

Which brings be to the only down side at this location. When you pull around the corner to the front of the building it looks practically abandon. Obviously nice landscaping had been put in recently, year or two, and no one has touched it since. It’s truly an eyesore. We almost didn’t stay because if the first impression is this mess, why would the inside be maintained. Luckily it was, but I hope management sees this and fixes the weeds that are over taking the landscaping all the way around the property!!

Loved the indoor pool

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was fine but bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The hotel is conveniently near restaurants, shopping and entertainment; many within walking distance. Good experience overall.

Not very happy with our stay on May 14th. I addressed the issue of a broken blind as it only went part way down. I got very little sleep because the lights were shining directly in the window from the street and business as I was in bed. The morning on our way out Morgan said she would help us by a refund or such. She was going to call me, never did. I called later that afternoon and got another employee, left a message and no call back. I called another 2xs and NO response. I wrote a reply on hotels.com and no reply. Such a shame that we didnt have follow thru.

It was good, and the fact that they had grab n go bags for people that’s in a hurry or just want something in the go is a good touch!! The room was enough for kids, uncle & the parents (us) of course! And the area we was at the outlet mall! Great addition with the stay! N/A

Good experience. Room was comfortable. Within walking distance of a couple a restaurants, and very short drive to Legends shopping center.

Beds were super comfortable. Bathtub in our room needed repair and did not like there was no longer any coffee maker in the room.

Wear and tear is showing. Ok but age is showing. Breakfast was mid.

It was okay. The beds were comfortable. The cost of the room was very overpriced and we didn’t get the ADA room we requested.
