Worst service and experience i have had in a very long time. Seeking a refund due to unsafe room (exposed wiring). Front desk argued with me, were sarcastic and rude went as far as tell the kids don’t touch and electrocute themselves…. And ask if the kids pulled the plug put the wall when we had just arrived.. checked out 30 min after i checked in… reported to hilton because it was such a terrible experience. Font desk did nothing but escalate the situation…. Very unprofessional…. No NOT recommend this location!

Room was clean, staff was very nice, and I like that they had free parking, if I every go back to Kansas city at the legends, I will try and stay at this hotel ever time. every thing was good and we enjoyed our stay.

There was a very bad sewer smell in my room that smelled like the carpet had been previously wet with mold. I couldn't sleep the entire night. When I mentioned it to the front desk female representative she said hmmm we never heard that before as if I imagined it. Very poor customer service and I expected more of a respectful approach as ensuring customer satisfaction. This has put a bad taste in my mouth regarding Hampton Inn Hotels. The reviews mislead me and I don't think I could book a room at their hotel chain anytime in the near future.

I thought my room was good. I did smell marijuana but that can't be helped I guess even though I didn't think it was legal to smoke that in your room. Thanks, Deanne Hope

Quick trip to watch evening Royals game and didn't want to drive back home. Place was clean, room was clean, and was quiet. Breakfast was good also.

The bathroom faucet dripped and the bottom of the bathroom door was broken. Breakfast was great & well-stocked.
