The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was expensive and I didn't order any. The room was clean. I took advantage of the jacuzzi in my room and it was very relaxing. The bed was also very comfortable. I'm 70+ years old, and woman traveling alone. Both of my

This was our 3rd time staying here. Every time the staff have been awesome, rooms were great, breakfast was great, the jacuzzi was amazing. We will be back again and again!

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Loved our stay. Food was amazing too!!

The place was absolutely beautiful! And the room we stayed in was awesome! However there was a noise issue with the people above, and found a roach on our floor when we were about to check out! Overall it was a great little get a way!

Breakfast was good and fresh.

The spa is great for massage. Did a couple massage and it was fantastic!!

Check in staff was quick, cheerful and helpful. One computer wouldn’t work, so she went to the other desk. That worked, but the credit card scanner didn’t, so we went back to the first desk. Chip reader failed, so we scanned a different card.

Went to a wedding and didn't realize they had a wedding rate. I had already booked with you and the hotel said I should have booked directly. Wish Expedia would honor the rate!
-
They gave me a room that wasn't, the one they gave me, terrible for the price I paid.

There was no microwave in the room for the price of the room that I spent for one night. And there was no extra side tables to set your drinks on while we were in the jetted tub! There was no continental breakfast that was included regarding the price of the room. And there was no way to take a shower in the morning before we left. The stay was ok but they should show attention to every room at this hotel because the price of every room is not cheap! They can do a little better with attention

It was okay good staff though

Everything was amazing. Breakfast was perfect. Loved pur stay here and cant wait to stay again.

Hot tub has greenish residue when ran and shower head constantly dripped water when I was in the tub. Copper rust maybe? Ordered breakfast room service that never came. They took off the charge but no apology or comp. Front stairs damaged, door opener didn’t work. Bartender was only bright spot. He was super nice. Everyone else seemed bored.

This has truly been one of the best experiences we’ve had, and we won’t stay anywhere else when we come back to visit. Highly recommend!

Decent room. Place in disarray- supposedly waiting for “2.0”

Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. The bar was “unexpectedly” closed which was another reason we booked here, so disappointed again. Our room was near the bar, which was fully under construction, so not quite unexpected at all. We ordered from their room service menu - the charcuterie board looked like an airplane snack and the fries and chicken strips were Tyson, straight from the air fryer. There was no coffee in the room, you can to call and order it. I also tried to order a cinnamon roll the morning of check out and was told since I didn’t put my menu out the night before that I could not get it bc they take 3 hrs to prepare …. I know damn well it doesn’t take three hours for their nasty food. Last, but most importantly, we had read several reviews (after we checked in) about how they will enter your room without permission or even call the cops on you. I went to lock the interior lock before bed and realized the room wasn’t even equipped with a personal safety lock. Unreal. Save your money!! Go to the new margaritaville, I wish we had.

All good
