Food choices and quality somewhat lacking

Great pools and very friendly staff. It all starts with a margarita at check in!!!

Amenities Offered One nice touch was the complimentary beverage at check-in, which was a great way to start our stay. Another great amenity was the complimentary shuttle service. If you wanted to go somewhere within about 3–5 miles, the hotel provided a van to take you there. This was especially convenient and made getting around much easier. The hotel also offers valet parking for $25 per day, compared with $20 per day for regular parking. Personally, I don't think I would choose the valet option. The valet parking is not covered, and the vehicles are parked fairly close to where guests using regular parking can park, so I didn't feel the additional $5 per day provided enough extra value. Two Suggestions There are two things I would suggest that could make the stay even better. First, I think it would be a great option to offer transportation to the baseball or football stadium for an additional fee. This would be a convenient service for guests attending sporting events and would add even more value to the stay. Second, and probably the biggest suggestion for me, is breakfast. At this price point, I believe the hotel should either offer a complimentary breakfast or provide guests with a breakfast voucher for LandShark Bar & Grill

    Love the staff

Hotel was so clean and nice! Everything in our room was wonderful, as well as the property! Even the pool restrooms outside were clean! The only thing I didn’t love was that you had to pay $20 for parking, when there was plenty of parking an available on their huge lot.

    La comida cara

The hotel is beautiful. I took my two elementary school age kids and they had a great time. It’s about 2 miles from the Les so lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Staff was friendly and the property was very nice and maintained.

The hotel is new and beautiful. Very clean and very friendly staff. Very disappointed in the pool. It is small and overcrowded. Impossible to get chairs around the pool. They desperately need to expand the pool and/or add an adults only pool area. for the price to stay at this hotel I expected more out of this area. Very difficult to enjoy the pool area and disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay here with our 7 year old grandson. The pool was fun (especially the slide) and the arcade was also fun. The guys at the valet stand were very helpful and if they weren't around, other staff at the hotel filled in and helped us. Front desk was courteous and responsive and housekeeping was on top of things, except for one day when they didn't get to us until later in the evening, but it worked out fine.

We loved this place had a great 4 days with the family. The rooms were nice but we found a chocolate cupcake in a room that was disgusting. It was under the bed. They came and cleaned it up really fast! The only thing I wasn’t that happy with was we had to pay $20 a night per vehicle if I would’ve known that I would’ve made our college daughter ride with us instead of paying for four days two vehicles $80. But other than that it was fun!

Our stay was quite comfortable. I have yet to receive a receipt outlining my expenses and refund

You walked in the this is not a bad hotel and the stay could have been really nice. However, check in time was 4:00 and we did not get a message telling us our room was ready until 6:58.

Simply a really neat place to stay! Bring your kids they have some fun amenities!!

The biggest issues were enforcement, cleanliness, and service: Smoking Policy: Our neighbors smoked on their patio constantly. We reported it multiple times, but the non-smoking policy was never enforced, preventing us from enjoying our private patio at night. Pool Maintenance: While the pool itself is really nice, trash, food, and drinks were left lying around. People left containers on the in-pool tables, which ended up floating in the pool water. Value & Service: We were surprised to be charged per day for parking in their lot. Given the issues we experienced, we requested a late check-out, but the front desk said they were too fully booked. Margaritaville missed a clear opportunity to make things right.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was friendly and helpful. One thing that would have been helpful is if we had known about the parking fee and the resort fee in advance. I would have liked no surprises.

    ALL things was amazing

In town for a wedding and picked Margaritaville on a bit of a whim. So glad we did. Amy at the front desk was awesome, we enjoyed the landshark restaurant, pool, and market for coffee. Overall the property was exactly what we wanted- clean, friendly, tons to do. We said we would absolutely stay again when in KC.

    Super fun pool and atmosphere

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

It had great water features but honestly overpriced for the rooms, food, and amenities. The kids loved it but I found it less impressive than I had been expecting for sure and the cost was not worth the food quality, room quality and check in and check out times are way to early and way to late to get more than a few hours in the water features without having to pay to check in early. You can check out and enjoy the rest of the day in the pool but with the heat and no good place to get in and out of dry clothes or with an animal it wasn't as feasible as it sounds. I would stay here again but only if I got half off the rooms and a credit at the restaurants .
