We had a 4 hour delay in check in. Room wasn’t ready till 8:10 pm and we arrived at 4 pm Drinks were expensive and automatic 18% tip. So servers didn’t work to please as they were getting tipped no matter what! Obviously didn’t have the staff for a busy holiday weekend

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was great! Would go again!

We really wanted to love our stay here but it was just miss after miss. At check in they could not find our reservation, despite having the email with our confirmation number. It took a manager and an additional 20 minutes of standing around to get checked in. The pool area is underwhelming. No actual swim up bar so you have to get out of the sickeningly hot water to order your $12 beer at the bar. They were understaffed while we were there and kept telling people the kitchen was extremely backed up, but it wasn’t busy at all while we were there. The arcade is tiny and the games are insanely pricey, even for a hotel arcade. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the shower is nice. The staff was not unkind, just seemed overwhelmed and worn out. Also, paying an additional $20 for parking when the hotel is in the middle of a literal field is just so freaking annoying. Paying for parking downtown, fine. But come on. This is rural and all they have is space. Overall the hotel and everything in it is just way too expensive. We chatted with people at the pool and the experience seemed to be the same for just about everyone. Disappointing

We won't be back and Expedia won't to let me leave a factual negative review apparently. Our room was noisy (we could hear the neighbor's kids yelling for hours), the location is way outside the city with little else to do nearby, and the hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. You pay a significant premium for this hotel and I expected more of a resort feel than the hotel delivered. Our first night we ordered 2 pina colada’s and a beer at the pool bar which were almost fifty bucks incl tip and one of the drinks was served only 75% full. When I pointed it out, the bartender refused to remake it and acted annoyed that I had the audacity to ask for a full drink. Be aware that the amount that Expedia tells you will be due at checkout is NOT ACCURATE. We were only supposed to have to pay the twenty per day “resort fee” but upon check out they also surprised us with a "self parking fee" that doubled the resort fee amount. I have never been charged for self parking on a flat lot when the hotel was in the middle of nowhere before. The hotel manager confirmed that they know that the Expedia amount due is incorrect but instead of correcting the difference or refusing bookings through Expedia until the issue is corrected, they are just charging people more than what was quoted at checkout. That’s a very poor way to do business in my opinion! Based on our subpar over charged experience, there are much nicer hotels in the Plaza or Downtown for probably less cost.

I would not recommend staying here based on our recent experience. Housekeeping failed to clean our room until late in the evening despite multiple requests on two consecutive days and the overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. The pool area was especially unacceptable — cups were floating in the water, and leftover food dishes sat around the deck for long periods of time without being addressed. I understand this was a busy holiday weekend, but the resort was not adequately staffed and our stay was not enjoyable. This place is brand new and already looks quite work out. For the price and expectations, this was far below standard.

Outdoor pool, outdoor live music, pool bar/staff were excellent- espeically Chloie & Eddie! Indoor pool was very heavy chlorine smelling & bathrooms on indoor portion were kind of gross- gobs of hair on the floors & trashcan was all rusted. Rooms were clean, balcony was nice- perfect viewing spot for several firework shows on the 4th of July. Elevators were slow (only 2 for all hotel guests. Coffee & breakfast food at Joe's were really good. Food at the main restaurant on site was not good. We ate their twice thinking maybe it was just what we ordered, but the 2nd time was just as bad. There are tons of restaurants nearby though- near Legends outdoor mall. Other odd thing was paying $20/day to self-park. Valet was even more $$. Overall our stay was good here.

Very cute place to either take family of go on a couples trip. Kinda pricey but very clean and great staff!

It was a very clean hotel with lots of things to do. When we stayed, it did seem that they were a bit understaffed. Wait times for food was rather long in all spots. The staff was very cheerful and friendly, which made you feel welcome. The outdoor pool was nice. Lots of seating.

The entire place was such an enjoyable experience for my family!

Was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness and the attention to detail

They really seemed to prioritize the guests. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable as well as clean. The only complaint I have is that I didn't realize they sold day passes to the pool for $40.00. Anyone who wants to enjoy their pool is welcome to pay which really makes it overcrowded. Really overcrowded to the point it made it uncomfortable. Many families with children occupied the pool and seating areas. Not sure if they do this only on the weekends or all the time. Also, I was surprised they charge staying guests $20.00 per day to park your car. That's self park. $25.00 IF you valet.

The pool was beautiful and heated. The indoor pool was fun when it was raining.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Just too expensive all around for what it was… almost $500 for one night after a bunch of tacked on taxes and amenity fees… $20 per car to park overnight next to a field. Just ridiculous pricing.

    Todo espectacular
