Great Wolf Lodge Kansas City

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Didn't like that I had to pay for parking even as a guest at the hotel....where else would we park. everything else was great. Kids loved the waterpark

So much fun we had a blast.

Our rooms were clean, every staff member we spoke with was very helpful and the whole family enjoyed all the activities on site. We are looking forward to returning!

I would strongly recommend your facility for those ten and under. It would be a great place for them.

WATER PARK

This place is overpriced for a toilet not to work and being unable to reach anyone on the phone for assistance. Save your money and stay in hotel close by and just pay to get in the water park. You’ll save yourself $100’s of dollars as this felt like a big rip off.

We had a fun time at the GWL. These places are great for the kids. This location is smaller than the others we have stayed at but met our expectations for our trip. As per usual the GWL is pricey but the fun the kids have make the high price point worth it. We went to an MLS game up the street and we were so happy we could walk there and not have to deal with parking and traffic.

Clean room. Clean facilities. Waterpark area was cleaned and well maintained. Room is in need of updating. For price. Should be nicer

Great customer service. Fun place for kids. Noise was so bad coming from the room above that we could not sleep. It went on until 3am. I called the front desk twice to get someone to check on it. It sounded like a work crew rolling and hammering carpet on the floor. Still not sure what it was. It was a miserable night trying to sleep and scared grandkids.

The bed was very uncomfortable but the kids had a great time. A bit overpriced in my opinion. One day was enough for our kids.

The add ons that you’re not told about is very annoying. Passing twenty bucks per day to park is unexpected. The kiosk to get in and out of the same parking lot is crazy. Five cars in the line to get out whilst someone is fighting the kiosk is not uncommon. The staff though was quite friendly mostly. I think the atmosphere is good for littles but the pricing for the extras like food is very high. They also need more elevators.

Be prepared for $20 a day parking

Our room was not clean. No working fan on bathroom. Pool didn't open till 10am. Staff was kicking us out of pool 30 min early. Had to pay 20$ a day to park at property. Housekeeping parked all the cleaning carts right outside our door. 1 person working front desk. Needless to say we will never go back.
