Housekeeping did an excellent job at all times! Staff was friendly and helpful. The Legends area provides about everything you could want/need for restaurants, bars, and other shopping. Great stay!

Clean room and staff was great!

it was ok

great staff and accommodations! will come here again.

I traveled with my wife and kids this is a great place to stay.

Clean room and bathroom but walls & cabinets looked a little worn. Liked the ceiling fan, A/C & big TV. Comfy beds & pillows. Black out curtains worked. Very noisy room. People above us had kids and they were stomping, jumping, wrestling for 2 hours in the PM and were up doing it again at 6:00am. I complained to the front desk but nothing changed. I finally pounded on the roof and they stopped at 6:01am for about 2 more hours of sleep. All 4 treadmills in the gym not working. Handrail to enter pool not attached to deck.

Everything was close to the hotel, no need to drive. Loved the room. Friendly staff. Reason for 4 stars was the breakfast was not good at all the 2 days we were there.

All good and staffs are excellent and they accommodated us early and we travelled with kids. Wonderful staff and it’s clean and good service.

This is our home away from when traveling to the Legends area in KC. The only complaint and it may be small, but the entrance to the parking lot has a pothole that I hit coming and going…

Convenient location for our travel plans. Clean and safe. Good breakfast option. Would stay again.

There was hair in the shower, which made the bathroom feel like it had not been properly cleaned. The railing around the pool was broken, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. Several of the treadmills in the fitness area were also broken and unusable. Overall, the hotel appears to be lacking in general maintenance and upkeep. While the staff at check-in was friendly, the condition of the property outweighed that positive experience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

The pullout sleeper was one of the worst I've ever slept on. The padding was non-existent, the one pillow you're given offered nowhere near the head support needed. Water pressure in the shower was less than desirable. Wallpaper patch around the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall and almost falling off.

Exceptional

Their system was down and had been for 2 hours so we were not able to check in. We were not sure that we would be able to check in so we had to find another hotel last minute.
