Loved this place! Modern. Clean. The staff gave me recommendations on where to go while in town.

Turns out there was one room that hadn't been booked because maintenance flagged it as having a leak. I was allowed to take a look at the room and everything seemed fine, so she gave me that room at a discounted rate to make up for the trouble. All of that being said, this is a brand new, nice hotel. It was the team hotel for Argentina during the World Cup, so it was cool seeing the murals and hearing stories about their stay. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Shower was nice and big. Nice, big towels too, which is usually a sign of a nicer hotel. Overall, absolutely no complaints about the upkeep or cleanliness of this new hotel. I ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. It is not a free b'fast, but it is reasonably priced. I also went to the beer garden across the street, and they had a nice selection of local beers. I did not take advantage of the tram right outside, but it looks like a convenient way to go downtown. Parking varies -- $11 for the hotel lot if not full; $27 or so for city parking on the streets; free gravel lot unless it's being used for an event at the soccer stadium. Would definitely stay here again!

that runs right through the heart of downtown and out to Country Club Plaza. There is also a very nice restaurant/bar right across the street. The rooms are modern and very well maintained. Staff was fantastic. The only downside was parking. Apparently it is operated by an outside contractor. You pay in advance for a 24 hour period. However, the lot is either oversold or not properly monitored, because when we returned from an evening outing, there were no vacant spaces in the lot to park despite the fact that we had already paid to park there. We were told by hotel staff that there was nothing that they could do about it.

Stay was great! Check in and parking was a bit of a pain but not due to staff.

I enjoyed the stay very much

First day their network was down so my key card did not work. Then there was no wifi or tv because of the network being down. My key card did not work the next day again and there was a line waiting at the front desk because no front desk staff was around. When I checked out had to wait again because no front desk staff was around… My sink in the bathroom also leaked from the faucet and made the bathroom floor wet. Good location, but would not stay here again or recommend here to others.

Great stay, I would definitely stay again. Clean, friendly staff, peaceful, and food is amazing
-
Great location next to CPKC stadium that is easy to access from I-35 and the free streetcar stops right outside the hotel.
-
Very nice hotel. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and so we're the drinks. They had housed Argentina during the world cup 2026 and I see why they chose this hotel.

Hotel was decent but both beds felt wet like sheets were damp.

Location - by CPKC stadium - on Street Car - bar and outdoor seating area great Parking - not possible to pay for parking if you have a UK mobile phone - hence the only parking available are the 4 free places outside (hotel parking doesn’t recognise UK mobile numbers & public transit parking does not work for UK IP address) very stressful ……..
-
Excellent location by the river and CPKC Stadium. So convenient to get in to town via the Streetcar station right outside the hotel. Accommodation was modern clean and fresh. Great staff who were super friendly and helpful. Main problem was the parking which needs to be paid for separately. This is done via a third party app which didn’t work with a UK mobile number. I know other UK travellers had the same problem. In my case the staff did make arrangements for this to be fixed manually and they didn’t charge me to make up for the inconvenience.
-
Great hotel! They were still in the midst of world cup fever when we stayed, it was awesome to see all the Team Argentina decorations - surely it's wonderful in its usual decor as well. Conveniently located right next to the street car station. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Victoria checked us in. She was very useful and did a fantastic job of explaining all of the amenities of the hotel as well as Kansas City, Missouri. She has an excellent attitude and it was my pleasure to see her every day. Very great employee she is.
