Horrible experience

Hot water Mop the floors next time

The bath does not listen they do not speak English they don't know how to work the system maybe run people's debit cards repeatedly is not clean it's not organized

Not at all what the pictures showed. Bed had dead gnats all over it. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last tenant. Smelled awful. Floor on the balcony had holes that made it dangerous to walk on. Never again.

Homeless sleeping outside hotel. Homeless tents set up across the street. Place rundown and not safe. Didn’t stay

The staff was poor at best didn’t have time to answer questions. The rooms were disgusting transients all over the property wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was not clean, hair was in the sink and shower, found a couple bugs crawling around, cracked walls, very poor condition on the tub, but the bed was comfortable. I was nervous leaving my car out, but thankfully it was not broken into. Probalby the worst of all hotels I have ever stayed and I book about 100 nights a year for many years. If that gives you any idea. I would stay away.

Dirty, staff banged on the door 20 mins before checkout and without waiting for a response he immediately opened the door to the room and I was in the middle of changing

I went in the bathroom and there were someone’s lashes on the counter and cigarette burns on counters and towels in the restroom. When I told the staff the kicked me from the property and refused a refund. Definitely would NOT STAY ON THIS PROPERTY.

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Didn't feel safe. Uber driver that dropped me off and picked me up (separate drivers) both said the hotel had a bad reputation in the area

It could have been cleaner, but it wasn't horrible. It was comfortable enough for a quick night out of town.

Parking was fine no hot water hmmm...Wont stay again loved the price wow no hot water??

There was a roach when we went to lay down and the man at the front desk was so rude DO NOT STAY HERE!

Poor neighborhood. Weak room amenities. Good bed. OK for the price.
