The owners are wonderful. They offered to pick us up after a wedding if we couldn't find an Uber the bed-and-breakfast was great highly recommend.

The B&B is charming, the rooms and bathroom and clean and comfortable, the staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast was absolutely incredible. Good location, only a short walk to the town center. Highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

It is a lovely place. A beautiful inn. Our bedroom was very comfortable. The hosts were warm and friendly. A lovely Maine breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this inn. The room and bathroom were good-sized and very clean. We had easy access to anything we might need! Katherine was so kind and welcoming. And our breakfasts were absolutely amazing! We had to leave early the first morning for a whale watching tour and we were so nicely accommodated with delicious homemade muffins and smoothies to go! And then our second morning we had a full three course breakfast that rivaled any five star restaurant! The property is about a 15 minute walk from town so we easily went back-and-forth each day. We would highly recommend this inn for anyone staying in Kennebunkport!

I’m so glad that we booked to stay at this gorgeous place. It’s in a beautiful setting just a few minutes walk to the port. The Hampton room was amazing and so comfortable, everything had been thought through with detail. The host was very helpful and the breakfast was made from scratch, proper coffee, a fruit smoothie, artisan bread and a baked omelette. To finish we had a homemade fresh cream scone with strawberries, all beautifully presented.. We were leaving for the airport that morning and it set us up for the day.

Katherine was so amazing! We loved her! She greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine hug. She made a delicious 3 course breakfast. Could not ask for better service. Our room was petite, clean, quaint and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with an easy walk into town. We really enjoyed our stay!

Parking in town Kennebunkport is challenging, leaving the car at the B&B and walking to town was a breeze. There are also multiple sitting areas outside the Inn for when we needed some quiet time. All in all, I consider this a gem, and look forward to a return in the Fall.

The property is for sale. I hope its new owners retain the current staff, who are great!!!

the breakfasts were superb. hand made fresh baked goods were made every morning. the environment was very quite and by a 15min walk you are in the main square. the stuff was freindly. the price was way above what we got. it is nice and good b&b. but when we came the toilet was dirty. one of the lamps in the shower room doesnt work. the public filtered water dispenser, didnt work. there were tiny things like some of the windaws cant stay up, or cant close. it didnt bother us but if we pay expensive price for our stay we expected for more.
