The hotel was wonderful clean breakfast was amazing. The employees went far and beyond to look for board game for us. I just went out there in last two weeks and we forgot to pack some board game so we asked the front desk if they had some board games and they did thank you very much for an amazing memories that we created. Thank you.

Not Even close to Marriott Satndards!

The carpet on the rooms are old, with multiple stains. The cleaning crew does not do a good job. The corners in the bathroom and paneling below the doors were visibly stained. We did not get our rooms serviced on the day that it was due. The manager was very apologetic and credited our account with rewards points

this hotel is okay, staff are very helpful but property seems old and run down, needs to upgrade, especially the shower, i had to ask to switch to another room cause shower had marks and i was unhappy i told front desk and they gave me another room rt away but i had to reload everything again which i was not happy about, and just everyting looks old and needs to be upgraded, food was okay staff was pleasant and nice but they ran out of food no more waffles so my husband didnt get to have any which sucked cause he looked forward to it

Gnats flying around the room Hair on the bathroom floor Trash under the bed The basketball net was right next to our room and could hear dribbling and the ball hitting our wall past 11pm. Refrigerator had water pooled on the shelf for whatever reason The light in the bathroom flickered to the point we had to remove it The worst of it was the mold on the ceiling above the shower.

We really enjoyed the hotel’s central location to all the shopping areas and the wide range of restaurants. The front desk staff was superbly outstanding. Cristina, Euneka, and Siong were extremely helpful in assisting our last minute changes to our visiting schedule. The cleaning staff deserved an outstanding shout out for a great job during our 10 days stay at the hotel. All in all, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was probably the best Marriott we have stayed in the Pacific Northwest.

The staff was great. Cleanliness not so much. The mattresses need upgrading. Televisions are old. The facility obviously was very nice in the past but needs upgrading. The beds.....need new.

This hotel was just right for me and my three teenagers. Location was perfect distance from lots of food options and highway access. Would stay again.

Rooms are nice, with full kitchen. Our bathroom was on the small scale with only a walk in shower, but it worked for the two of us. There was limited hot entrees for breakfast. Every day was the same to chose from. Not a big variety of items. Staff was very friendly. We will probably stay there again.

The GM and staff were the nicest and they went above and beyond. Really eliminated any stress and worries of travel.

Kitchen has complete suppy

Convenient location for airport, clean bathroom and bed/ room. Sofa bed not prepared despite booking for 4 people, only one pillow for the sofa bed, only three sets of towels for 4 people. Breakfast choice was very limited, no coffee machine at breakfast. The paid car park had two truck cars with people obviously not booked into hotel despite no trespassing signs being displayed throughout. No shampoo nor shower gel/wash available.
