Roaches in the room, not vacuumed, bathrooms faucets are corroded, bathroom not clean, TV didn’t work

This is an older property but very well maintained. We loved the spacious room. The staff were all very accommodating & respectful. Grands loved the pool. Would stay again.

The room was nice and we needed a handicapped bathroom and there were wonderful hand rails in the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. Cheap cereal , warmed over eggs, no waffles but the coffee was good.

The room we stayed in was a non-smoking room but it smelled strongly of marijuna when we walked in. The bathroom had some mold growing along the bottom edge of the tub and top of the ceiling and the floors in the bathroom were not clean as there were little hairs along the baseboards. The beds were very soft, so not the most comfortable especially if you are sleeping with another person as you can feel every little movement that the other person makes. The breakfast room was kind of scary. It was very dark and the “hot” breakfast items were lukewarm at best. We arrived in the breakfast room no more than 15 minutes after it opened, so I can’t imagine how cold the food would have been if we’d arrived any later. Makes me wonder exactly when the food was prepared.

The room we stayed in was nice and spacious. The only complaint we had was the bed was so soft and bouncy it was like a trampoline with two people sleeping on it. Any movement from the other person could be felt. And I mean ANY little movement lol. It made it nearly impossible to sleep. If you’re going to be sharing a bed with a light sleeper or someone who tosses and turns a lot, maybe reconsider.

Beautiful pool nice place to stay

Everything was great. Staff are very nice and helpful. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the breakfast food. Other than that, I’d stay here again as many previous nights.

Also, while almost any hotel/motel in the US will tell you they're having trouble finding staff, these guys offer housekeeping...but only if their minimal staff actually can get to you. I didn't have housekeeping come in for anything - trash, bed linens, towels, etc. - even though we were instructed to not hang up our towels if we wanted fresh ones. In Kerrville's summer heat and humidity, taking an evening shower is a near-must to cool off and I came back to a pile of wet towels from the morning that, had I known, I would have hung up to dry. When I called to ask about housekeeping I was told "oh, they just couldn't get to all the rooms but if you want towels you can come up to the front and get them."

Everything

Outdated and smelled musty. It was somewhat clean, but the only ice maker anywhere near my room had been out of order for some time. There is also no elevator to get to the second floor.

The bed was very uncomfortable, old and worn. The lighting in the room was dark. The thin blanket on the bed was not soft. We only needed the room to sleep and take a shower. Our backs were hurting in the morning from the uncomfortable bed. The shower handle was upside down. There was a red stain on the old carpet. The room was old looking except for the sink. The TV was very small. We would not stay there again. We felt like we were living in an apartment. We heard the upstairs neighbors walking all night long.

It was the worst breakfast I have ever had

Stayed in a spacious very large room (208) with a very comfortable king-size bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and exceptionally well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The property was clean, quiet, and well cared for. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would gladly stay here again.

Breakfast is not good
-
Bathtub/shower seemed a little small. Lobby was clean. Did not do breakfast so i can’t comment on it. Pool and surrounding area was being cleaned when we left. Check in and out was easy and the Receptionist was friendly. Room price was reasonable. Lots of parking spaces. Con: close to highway so you heard a lot of street noise and also the town is small and seemed very “dark”.
-
Decent room if you are just looking for a cheap and reasonably priced room. The beds were not comfortable. There was no hot water to shower in the morning. The rooms were clean and the property was clean. But this is an older hotel and the rooms and the amenities are very basics

Mattress was old. Not comfortable.

Clean. Safe.
