Ortencia made us feel very welcomed when we came in and the breakfast was amazing I loved that they changed it everyday. Plus the beds were amazing. The third floor hallway was hot

We unfortunately found ourselves in Kerrville on the night of the 2026 flooding. We lost power several times and were without internet for the better part of the time. These were all out of control of the Hotel, but they made the best accommodations they could. Still had a hot breakfast.

Location My room had ants and the barroom floor was very dirty. Had hair and junk on the floor. I crashed it with your towns. The reason I didn’t call property management is because I did not want you to come in and spray the entire room and we had to sleep with that smell.

Rooms were extremely clean. Staff was professional and extremely helpful. Justin went above and beyond to assist with all of our needs. Breakfast bar was always well stocked, very cleaned and very friendly staff. Hallways and elevators and entry were clean at all times including restrooms on main level very impressed will be back.
