The room and overall condition of facility was very dirty. The facility was warm, humid, and smelled of mildew or mold.

A great place to stop when traveling.

07:00 Breakfast was cold and coffee was terrible.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, I was able to do homework at the little desk and there were plenty of channel options to play in the background. Very comfortable. The AC worked like a champ but like our stay last year the water keeps dripping on the carpet and drying later. This is causing it to smell like mildew. Whenever we got to the room its the first thing you smell walking in. Its not enough to keep you awake at night but definitely noticeable.

I then proceeded to call Expedia who attempted to intercede and accommodate a solution however one could not be met due to this hotel's unwillingness. Save yourself a headache and book somewhere else.

The breakfast was good! I was there with my family and we were visitng family in the area, we actually were able to use the "breakfast area" for our "pizza night" and our "chicken night" so we could all be together, rather than being in our room. The front desk lady was amazing both nights and appreciated that we "cleaned up our own mess" afterwards! we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room the first night (stopped working about 10:30pm) but when I reported it to the front desk, they contacted the maintenance person and they actually installed a brand new one, the second night was awesome1

Location was great The hotel was older amd needed updates, room wasnt clean there was stains on covers and walls. Hair on the walls and towels in the bathroom.

The room was worse, smelled like old socks and the AC was noisy when it was on. The place is in need of upkeep and paint. I would not recommend staying here. Go to Hampton up the street for $30 more per night.

Staff were great. Tina helped me alot over the phone with my booking.com issues. We were surprised by the price once we saw the rooms. We were on 2nd floor which I believe is being renovated. You could tell rooms and walls and baseboards were old, torn needing paint. The bathroom sink was cracked. For our 1 night stay the 2 rooms were fine. But wished the pool was open later or earlier, especially with fitness room being renovated. Overall slept well and breakfast was ok.

Staff was friendly and attentive, room was clean and well stocked.. Bed was a little stiff for my liking, but was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep.

didn't eat the breakfast, too many carbs. I left there itching and am still trying to get rid of the itch. Was not warned there were bedbugs but on my way home I had reservations there again on the 15th. Saw a room full of mattresses and knew they knew about the bugs. Ordered a two bed room and was given a king. When I complained, they couldn't or wouldn't help me (said they were booked but the parking lot didn't agree.

The property is under renovation, which is not disclosed anywhere in the listing. Instead of doing one floor at a time there were construction projects and workers on every floor. They were noisy. You must demand hotels advise you of ongoing renovations and you must list this information in your listings. Otherwise you lie by omission.

Reserved rooms with Queen beds, got full beds instead. The hotel is undergoing renovations and it would have been nice to know ahead if time. It made everything look dirty, and dusty, with construction debri lying in the middle of the hallways, carpets half pulled off, tiles fallen. It was very noisy during the night, my group could not rest well. At least breakfast was good.
