Your entire staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The heavy sliding door on the bathroom is kind of dangerous in my opinion. Especially the handle on the door. It had a sharp edge and it almost got my finger. If I would have been closing it harder I think it could have cut my finger if not something worse!

I appreciated that property was clean but I was bothered with the fitted sheets it had fabric pilling on it and felt rough and you guys need new pillows.. pillow was breaking apart and did not have any fluff…. The breakfast was slightly disappointing since the eggs ran out 45 mins before the breakfast ends and was not refilled and you guys need at least 1 protein in that breakfast it was all carbs…

Understand not changing sheets after only one night, but bed was not made, trash not emptied, or coffee, cups, etc replaced.

Breakfast was great staff was courteous and helpful and as always family had a great time together.

The breakfast was decent. I had considered going for a swim in the indoor pool but when my friend and I saw the condition of our room I thought better of it! Next year we will stay elsewhere!

Every thing was good for the night. A lot of things near by

First of all, entering the room #112, my wife and I were hit with rotten socks smell. My wife and I chose to bear with the smell the next six days. Second night while heading for the bathroom, I accidentally fell onto a tea table on my two left side front teeth, for the dark colored day bed was partially blocking my path. After return home I had to seek emergency dental treatment to replace two broken teeth.

The staff was so helpful even brought a rollaway bed made sure I had a room with a rolling shower since my mom’s handicap

The hotel staff was great but the hotel over all was just ok. The bed was horrible and needs to be replaced. The carpet had paint on it. I don’t plan on staying here again until they update it.
